@heychrisfox No it does not. Practically everything, even water, is not safe if taken in excess. MSDS data for butyric acid (CH3CH2CH2COOH) clearly states "Harmful in contact with skin and if swallowed."

Indole-3-butyric acid is C12H13NO2, which is a different chemical compounds.

Actually, throwing anything without a consent is illegal, and on high sea, is considered to be a form of piracy. Japan can therefore simply shoot those idiots.
