When thinking about NLP i see similarities to a book i once read called "Brave New World" i think it was written by Aldus Huxley in the 1930s. (Well worth reading if you haven't already) This book essentially shows that humans have created a utopia but sacrificed individuality and all members of society are conditioned in childhood to hold the values that the World State idealizes. Again well worth reading.
Certainly worth thinking of.I would rather have a spiritual purpose than be subject to sociological engineering. The thing that worries me is that governments once before performed this kind of engineering, e.g.Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia resulting in disastrous repercussions.I'm not saying NLP is as extreme or on the same level as the aforementioned ideologies. However, i sense that there is something not quite right about it and feel that there is a lacking in something more meaningful.
