I've been using Sony Vegas Pro 8 for the past three years and I've just upgraded to Premiere Pro with Adobe Production Premium CS5. I would have upgraded to Sony Vegas Pro 10 if it didn't come with the Adobe design suite.

I hope this is going to be a nice transition! :P

I tried to do a small portion of one of my videos in reverse in premier pro and it got really blurry and pixelated- It was a video I filmed on a small kodak digital camera (not a camcorder)- the format is quicktime ".MOV" 640wide x 480high 8881kpbs data rate, 29 frames per second- is it the resolution/format that is not allowing this video to be properly reversed in premiere or are my settings wrong in premier for this format?

Thanks for the tutorial, but I have an issue.

When I load footage and put all the layers together in the "Program" tab, and I play it, first of all it limits the video to 24FPS when the footage is 60FPS and also it's somewhat low quality (I'm thinking these problems are only for the playback though). But the main problem is that when I play everything in the "Program" tab its REALLY slow (like 5-10 FPS or less), but when I play it in the "Source" tab its not slow at all.
