Your timing is a little off in a lot of parts... Try to play along with the song a couple of times I bet would help.

i learned up to the part after 1:15 years ago, i love this one because everybody plays it differently. its a true guitar solo. if a guy is able to play his instrument competently, let him improv it up a little. that what hendrix was all about. hed play his own songs different every time.

this good, your timing is better than that other guy, the one thing i notice is your picking some octave slides that hendrix just used distortion to keep the sound going
