What i don't understand is why all these things are snapping and breaking when they're hands are knowhere near them, downloaded this video and watched it frame by frame, and things were breaking when nothing was touching !!!! anyone explain. I know mach 5 can do this but they're going knowhere near the speed of mach 5.
P.s mach 5 means the speed of sound, to all the idiots who might quote me asking who's mach 5.
Nah. It is not the space between. The original for from the martial artist is supposed to fly through the objects ...in other words his striking limb must pass through the object he strikes. It is all their hit nothing else.
The trick to breaking several bricks, boards, slabs of ice ect is having small gaps between them! Look at the video again. yhey are never directly on top of each other. It makes them 100 times easier to break!
RE: cooldudedan7 how can you say it is way better than tkd or any other art, these guys train hard to do that as do i and i train tkd not sport shite but the real thing check my vids

Endless repetition, the bones harden when you hit against stuff long enough
And now they can take much much more than a nomal person can handle

What I like best about this kinda stuff is that its not flashy, just hard-earned no bullshit strength.
Also notice in the 2nd last clip how the guy also breaks the STONE pedastal on which the ice is rested. O.O
