I actually beat Sekundes on my first try w/ all characters at level 65. Granted I was playing on normal difficulty, but still. I'll probably try fighting him on hard or hardcore on my next playthrough.

Best strategy I found that's not hardcore is

Mage dude : spams indignation

Max : spam aqua spiral (shit's crazyyyyyyyyy strong)

Meredy : spam nurse (fast and heal wherever you are)

Melee stuff with reid (meganosic blade, iirc ?)

I only lost to Sekundus on hard and hardcore he cheated damn magic knocks you out and he keeps on casting it. Good thing meredy had indignation which happened for me by accident each time I played comp would just cast that magic once Sekundus health reached that limit.

My first play of this game involves nearly 10 times defeated by Dhaos until I found out of the best way to beat him. Still fun battle though :D

@BlueRushAlt Not so, Lightning is too weak, while the normal Indignation takes time to cast and is hard to hit when he keeps moving. Just spam some wide area attacks.

What's with the current Tales art style? It has become far too generic. At least Eternia had a unique design and look to it. Now, all the Tales characters look like they were copied straight from a "How to Draw Anime" book. Not bad, but not original.
