I hardly comment on youtube information from Kenya. I must admit like the rest of Kenyans living in the country and abroad I had written off our country as a done case. If what we are seeing is not performance, then the next step is to take the in the camera to court. In the US you cannot even think of bribing a police officer whenyou are stopped for a traffic offence. You would end up in jail.
