  • "Fast car was a bit random." A bit random, and entirely awsome

  • this all make sence its HIS copy

  • I recall Gov. Florio of New Jersey once said “The state grants people rights. . . “, reflecting an un-American view that the people have no “God-given” or inherent rights as set forth in both the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, but only “rights” the government chooses to allow.

Maybe we should require anyone running for public office to pass a Civics test.

  • Yes, Boehner got his preambles mixed up.

On the other hand we have such idiocy as Sen. Schumer stating the 3 branches of the Federal Government are “. . . the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the President”.

So which is worse ---- wrong Founding Document attributed as the source of a quote ---- or a total failure to comprehend the structure of the Government?

  • If Nancy Pelosi made that mistake, Tebaggers would literally cry for her blood.

  • Hey rafricano11..why don't you learn about the friggin country you live in and its foundation before you begin criticizing others..the preamble states..We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America..WINNING

  • Thumbs up for the Tracy Chapman referrence.

  • lol, dummies, the republicans are...

  • epic fail...

  • The preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America begins exactly as read by Mr. Boehner. Clearly you know how to use the power of the internet... so why not try a Google search before you disintegrate your credibility?

  • @rafricano11 what are you talking about ? We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

  • Typical conservative DUMBASS! Limpbaugh did the same thing at CPAC - and no one noticed. I heard Mark Levin do this too on the radio. Simpleton America-haters!

  • "Four score and... shit. Wrong one. I don't even believe in THAT stupid shit. Oh, here we go: Deputies! Men of the German Reichstag! A year of historical significance is drawing to an end!"

  • JR is so right, hes so awsum he should have more camera time!!!

  • Look. It's a tall Oompa Loompa.

  • Hey Boehner.....is it Miller Time?

  • Boehner's is an embarrassment to the United States. His only policy is to go against everything President Obama says, proposes or does. Boehner needs to spend less time on the fake tan and more time working on some integrity.

  • "Justin Coussoule is running against John Boehner and he needs your help to win this battle. Boehner has been in there long enough and if Justin can beat him that would send a real message to our government."

  • John boehner is a total idiot.

  • Jayar is so right.

  • Boehner. Wasn't he on board for fucking Seniors right to buy drugs in Canada?

    Republitards are SUCH F U C K I N G I D I O T S !

  • DOH!!!!

  • "I got a fast car" LOL!!

  • Comment removed

  • Boehner and the Republicans are as sharp as all of those Teabaggers that spelled there signs wrong.

  • Wow way to misspell "their" while trying to make fun of somebodies spelling, ya pinko dummy.

  • NO. It is a typo.

  • Can someone please explain to me why we keep electing complete morons like Boehner to congress? What more of a basic obligation does he have than to know at least the preamble to the highest law in our land to which he has sworn an oath to support and defend? This is completely outrageous. Republicans in particular are such degenerate scum.

  • "The Declaration of Independence...[is the]declaratory charter of our rights, and the rights of men."

    Thomas Jefferson

    May 21, 1821

  • The president thinks there are 57 states. Did you do a video of that, asshole?

  • same think sort of

  • i guess he thought the rocks in his head were enough! LOL!

  • From the G who brought you:

-House (Floor Payday) Party: Come git yo tobacco industry CHECKKKS, BITCHES!

-Lobbyists LOVE The Boehner! They gimme homes, golf games, all KINDSA shit! and

-I got the BOMB budget, playa! No numbers, ideas, details, plans, OR substance, kid!

comes a zany tale of the man with the TAN, whose thinks

"If lovin wrong is wrong, I don't WANNA be right!"

    Bonehead Orations proudly presents:

    DECLARATION OF IGNORAMUS:

The Preamble Ramblings of John Boehner!

  • John Boehners gets the spray tan in Oompah Loompah Orange so the Republicans can pretend that they have a person of color in congress.

  • Why does Boehner always look like he went overboard at the tanning salon? LOL!!!

  • Jayar Jackson FTW!

  • YAY JR

  • FACE FUCKING PALM.

I'm a goddamn Canadian and I know this. You've gotta be fucking kidding me.

  • SIGN THE PETITION THAT SAYS Any Democratic senators -- including Joe Lieberman -- who support a Republican attempt to block a vote on health care reform should be stripped of their leadership titles. Americans deserve a clean up-or-down vote on health care reform that includes a public option.

A link to the petition is in my comment section.

When you are finished signing it be sure to pass it on... Also take a few moments and makes a few phone calls #'s are on the side bar. Thanks

  • We should vote for one requirement for office is to read the Declaration of independence and constitution. If you agree put a @!- lightbulb in your comment

  • No all of our gov officials don't read. It's required for third graders to read but not our government. I guess they have not passed the second grade yet.

  • common sense is something found in john boehner's head not in the talking propaganda of tyt/obama doctrine

  • WTF? The guy's an idiot and just check out his bio. He is a bad guy and ill prepared. The point was that he and all the other people on the Capitol steps didn't know he was misquoting the most important document in American History. He was holding a prop of the Constitution and quoting the Declaration of Independence. No right winger (I'm not saying Republican) has any common sense or rationality. Did you see crazy Michele Bachmann's face in this clip. She drinks 20 gallons of kool aid everyday.

  • Big shit, Obama thinks there are 57 states and you assholes were still stupid enough to stick this incompetent idiot in the White House to screw up the country! Liberals are so full of hypocritical SHIT!

  • JAYAR IS SOO RIGHT!! lol. Fast car was a good reference btw. =]

  • Hahaha! So funny! XD

  • Boehner just made himself look like another US Citizen that would fail the test for people to become US Citizens.

  • Or medicaid, sorry i forgot to include that.

  • As Cenk queried, "Are people who want the public option un-American?" Permit me to pose this question if I may.

I ask, "Are people who do not want the public option un-American?"

It seems to me that there has been as much; if not more, vitriol coming from the communis...err, progressives, regarding un-American activity than from the supposed "fascist" right wing of the American populace. I guess when Hillary Clinton said that dissent was patriotic she was speaking in code?

  • No, you see, dissent is patriotic when people are dissenting against something bad. Otherwise, it's just stupid. Go ahead and protest for the sake of protesting, call anyone who doesn't agree with you a communist, whatever. You're a fucking idiot.

I'm done mincing words about this, or trying to identify with those who are against healthcare: those who oppose heatlhcare reform are either working directly for the insurance lobby, or they're complete and total morons.

  • The fact of the matter is that healthcare reform stands to benefit a great deal of people in this country, and this is the #1 reason we need it: people are going without health insurance because they can't afford it. These aren't highschool drop outs either, they're educated people who lose their jobs or fall into bad situations and fail to qualify for medicaid because their state either doesn't have it or they make too much money from their unemployment.

  • The conservative attitude toward these people not having healthcare is, "Oh well. Sucks to be them. They should've been more prepared/should've been able to deal with it/should've been able to perform miracles. You won't see ME in that situation." There's even a portion of conservatives who find it GOOD for the country, as it'll "thin out the population"... while at the same time shout down abortion and proclaim the Bible is the supreme law of the land.

Fuck you all. You ARE Nazis.

  • I agree, but I like to think throwing back insults isn't the right way to go. Sure, comparing Rush Limbaugh to Hitler might be justifyable (I have a long list of similarities). However, despite my religiouslessness, the christian church has taught me one thing: fighting insults with insults isn't the way to go. So keep up the ranting, just don't go overboard with semi-baseless accusations.

  • Wiggy:

    I ask a question, throw in a little off-color sarcasm, and...BLAM!

Thank you, for proving my point that there is much more vitriol coming from the "progressives" than the conservatives.

Let's see, you called me "stupid", "fucking idiot" and "moron".

I have another question: You said people can't afford health insurance because they lose their jobs "OR THEY MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY FROM THEIR UNEMPLOYMENT." [emphasis added]

Do I even need to ask the obvious question?

  • What obvious question? Yah they make too much from unemployment to qualify for welfare insurance. That doesn't mean they can afford normal insurance they would be spending basically every penny they get from unemployment. How are they going to pay for everything else they need to live? The conservatives push the bible so hard and yet they choose to ignore Jesus' message of charity and helping the less fortunate all the time. Especially on healthcare.

  • Interesting. I just went to mass today and the Priest mentioned how a person should give what they are able to the church in order to help those less fortunate.

He didn't mention that if we didn't we would have our wages garnished nor face jail time if we didn't comply.

You want to bring up faith and Jesus? Charity begins at home and in the community. Jesus himself condemned the tax collector.

I don't need a man made government rife with corruption to help my fellow. I can and do provide that

  • Yes he condemned the tax collecter because he would take the money and use it for his own good. NOT give it right back to the less fortunate.Which is the situation here OBVIOUSLY. And your right he just told us our souls would be damned to hell if we ignored the poor and needy when we were able to help them. Stop trying to twist the bible for your own purposes. But wait that is all you conservatives know how to do isn't it?

  • All you have to do is look at the story of The Good Samaritan to know where Jesus would stand on this issue. The conservatives are most definitely not the good samaritans in this situation. Also don't try to arguy Bible with me.I am not a religious person, however, I spent 12 years in catholic schools. Which means I spent an hour a day five days a week 9 months out of the year studying the bible, on top of going to church twice a week.

  • I will accede to your vast superiority of Biblical knowledge. Can you tell me where in the Bible or canonical proclamations it dictates laws on how people should be governed, taxed, specifically punished for transgressions, and ruled?

I'm simply curious as to (my admittedly limited knowledge) Christianity was never implemented as a theocracy nor codified into a strict set of laws to govern a nation.

  • HAHAHA. Typical conservative tactics. I kick your ass in a debate and you start talking about something totally different instead of trying to support your own argument. Then you start trashing your own arguing point!!! Man I am not wasting my time on you.

  • Yah nothing to say now....... what a shocker.

  • And lastly you are trying to tell me you can't afford the miniscule amount you would pay on taxes a year that would go to a public option? Please. Remember the words out of your priests mouth , which you are using as your arguing point ,"Give what you are able to help the less fortunate." So what do you have to say now spike8088

  • another shrill right wing asshole.

  • XDD

What school did he graduated from again?

  • "next to of course god america i love you land of the pilgrims' and so forth oh say can you see by the dawn's early my country 'tis of centuries come and go and are no more what of it we should worry in every language even deafanddumb thy sons acclaim your glorious name by gorry by jingo by gee by gosh by gum why talk of beauty what could be more beaut- iful than these heroic happy dead who rushed like lions to the roaring slaughter they did not stop to think they died instead -
  • then shall the voice of liberty be mute?"

He spoke. And drank rapidly a glass of water

    -e.e. cummings

  • We all love that old passage in the Constituition, which lays down the foundation of our modern society: "You've got a fast car: is it fast enough so we can drive away? We've got to make a decision: leave tonight or live and die this way?"...it always gets to me!

  • Yep. Jayar does have good points a lot of times.

  • I wonder if any point of that idiots speech, he offered his health care plan.

  • What a fucking idiot I bet the federal deficit that he doesn't even know the real Preamble to the constitution.

  • JR, you're the man!

  • OMG lyk JR totaly nailed it agian!!!!

  • public option costs a trillion bucks - how is that an option? can i opt out of taxes, byatch?

  • A trillion over 5 years. Defence costs 5 trillion over 10 years. Go figure.

  • no. i cant opt out of the war in iraq and a bunch of other shit so deal with it.

  • don't tread on me means don't ask me for welfare, i earn my money, don't accuse me of racism cuz i'm tryin to keep u from moochin, beaaach azz

  • This explains partial of the kids quiz on American history.

    Dear God...

Someone should punch sense into the people in America. -_-

  • who's the moron?

  • Why are you Liberals all so mad/jealous of the wealthy. Who do you think pays for your welfare?

  • You do realize all the millionaires in Hollywood are "evil" liberals?

  • liberals are poor?

  • i would say a hell of alot of them are.

and quit stealing my name asshole

  • y would u say a lot of em are and im not even gonna respond 2 u on ur stupidity on the name thing

  • idk are conservatives rich?

  • i still dont understand how wealth plays into a person's political views

  • It shouldnt, but too often it does.

I guess it comes down to two reasons.

First most wealthy ppl are born so, and because of this they often lead sheltered lives, and will quickly believe whatever those around them believe.

And second is that if they work in high positions tax problems can become a large part of their daily lives, and so they tend to veer towards politics that call for tax cuts.

  • i agree with u but ivan951's original comment was u liberals stop botherin us conservatives and out money askin for handouts. i just wanna know the basis of that idiotic statement.

  • oh my bad, should have seen the reply link.

  • He's supposed to help protect the Constitution and he doesn't even know what the hell is in it.

  • Jayar is so right.

  • Hahahahahaha

    Moron!

  • Boehner, good gosh...what an idiot!

  • He should change his name to John Boner.

  • If this had been President Obama he would have made to be look like a moron. Because it was a GOP member he gets a free pass. Sickening!

  • Really? Obama let 2 Black Panthers, who were armed and scaring away voters on election day, off the hook. And we give Obama a bad rap?

  • What does Obama have to do with what guys with guns? It was up to the police to take action against that. The issue here is a guy making comments that he is holding the Constitution saying it is from it when it is not. If Obama makes a comment he is rail roaded liked crazy. There are tons of people for health care but those who are against something often will shout the loudest.

  • GOP = fail. Every time! They claim to be so patriotic and then they mess up quoting the constitution.

  • boner lol

  • The Young Turks is Not a News Program

    watch?v=JAAP_jJ8F9s

  • no one ever said it was a news program

  • Ordo 1985 i saw him Tea Bagging with a sign saying he hates Monkeys. Think about it. Of course this guy is a racist. He does not have any rational thought he grew in the back hills of Kentucky.

  • Why do you have to make up something to make him out to be a racist? This also has nothing to do with race. By the way Obama's only half black. So instead of doing of the normal, "I have no valid argument so I'll start name-calling" why don't you come with a rational argument. You're obviously very creative... and ignorant

  • did you see Bachmann back there? you can actually hear the air whistling between her ears.lol

  • Oh you're so right Jayar you're so right zomg Jayar nailed it again...

  • The Conservative figures keep mismatching the constitution & declaration of independence etc. If the conservative base want people who know the constitution backwards, why the hell are they backing up the GOP?!

  • I think Cenk is jealous of all the youtube comments Jayar gets >_>

  • By the way, no Boehner doesn't have time to read his speeches. He's too busy reading a 2,000 page Healthcare Reform bill, crammed with provisions for federally funded abortions and healthcare for illegals.

  • He's obviously never had time to read any of the founding documents of his country either. His idea of freedom is freedom from knowing anything.

  • If he had the time to read the Constitution and quote it correctly, then he wouldn't have been up there looking like a moron stating the Declaration of Independence as the Constitution.

Also, it's 1,990 pages in the Healthcare Reform bill. I looked it up. :B

  • So let's ask the people who oppose the Conservatives, not just Rep., what they think. We've already asked these Obama supporting morons what they think, the response was, "Obama's gonna pay house beel, and ma groshriez an-an an-an an my 'letrecity", in this very poor English. The interview of this woman is all over the place. Maybe someone would ask this 'opposition' what they think, if they could formulate an informed, coherent response

  • Hardon man strikes again. The GOP continue to slide into oblivion.

  • are you smarter than a 5th grader?

  • The faces of the people in the background were funny.

  • Haha, this is too funny. I guess BONER doesn't read much of anything including the health care plan. I feel sorry for young kids watching this and seeing how incompetent gov't is . geez

  • Non-stop entertainment :-D

  • He uses the Constitution just as a prop it seems.

  • What cracked me up the most about that Bachmann rally was the guy who yelled out that the Pledge of Allegiance "drives liberals crazy."

I wonder if he knows that Francis Bellamy (the author of the Pledge) was not only in favor of socialist policies but was a member of the Socialist Party--with a capital 'S'.

These folks keep demonstrating a profound ignorance of actual history and of principles taught in basic high school civics classes. Why are they all so dumb?

  • I can't believe it... fucking funny

  • It's funny that the Boner and Michele Bachman are saying they don't want gov't healthcare...THEY BOTH HAVE GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE.

They just don't want *us* to have their same government healthcare. We are all nothing more than "the rabble" in their elitist eyes.

  • Divide and Conquer is perfected the time will come.

  • lmfao Cenk's Boehner impression is spot-on

  • The healthcare issue is complex. However all the insurance companies are saying is what they will not pay for. How come Obama and Congress are not addressing why medical and pharmaceutical costs are so high so as to make payments impossible?

A pair of Ted Hose or Anti-Embolism stockings retail for $31.00 in Drugstores.

Just one small example of what's wrong in healthcare.

Take a look at blueberry prices. They are high because of the antioxidant superfood anti-cancer mark-up

  • Haha!! what a complete j@ckass..

  • Perfect example of a Conservative Windbag Idiot.

  • when you are elected to the position boner, i mean boehner, has been the answer is NO. you SHOULD be able to discern the difference unless you are a complete f*cking moron. and yes i have spoken in front of thousands of people.

you obviously have really low standards as did your mother and father.

  • He said Constitution several times. He never corrected himself.

  • man 8th graders know better than this. i wanna see rush limbaugh and his testicles glenn beck and hannity try to defend this. i want to see them FAIL defending this >:D

  • Why would anyone want Orin Hatch to come back?

  • Let me read a few words of Jesus from Acts 2 verse 11. "As President Benjamin Franklin told his commander in that famous Bunker Hill address, 1 score and 2 years ago..."

  • hahahahah!!!! what a idiot!!! repukes are one epic failure after another!! I'm ashamed this guy is from my home state! I can't vote for this guy hes not in my district or I'd try to vote him out of office!!! damn southern ohio voted him in! they prolly drink well water down there or something!! btw why isn't this all over the tv!! showing how stupid republicans are. sometimes I think they don't even know what the heck they are fighting over!!!

  • Did you see Michele Bachmann back there smiling and chanting along. LOL. She doesnt know what planet shes on!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!

  • i'd still like an explanation from one of these right wing nutjobs what exactly healthcare has to do with freedom.

how is people having healthcare affecting freedom?

  • There is no arguing with the right wing.

"We want freedom, no gov. run health care hurr durr...but gays still can't get married..."

  • yeah they are only worried about the freedoms of a select few. everyone else can go to hell

  • "We hold these truths to be self evident. That all men are created equal, except Republicans, who can't read."

  • they don't need to they republicans

  • these people are so stupid. how the hell they got elected. oops, i just answered my own question. all republicans are stupid

  • Jayar is so right

  • Such a pretty headscarf !

  • i bet not one of the shit for brains in the audience even knew the difference

  • These neocons are such morons... every time they open their mouths, the Democrats are guaranteed another seat in Congress or another year in the White House.

  • "Fast Car"

    Fast Car - Tracy Chapman

  • john boner fails

  • If he says we are given a right to life, I'm guessing we are given life insurance as well.

  • Why doesn't Boehner pronounce his name with the correct pronunciation? Boner...

  • FACEPALM!

  • JR IS SO RIGHT.

    marry me JR

    favorite person right there.

  • I always wonder if people like Boehner are actually brilliant people who know that their constituents are the gullible boneheads who he manipulates.

  • See it says LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It wants health care.

  • Boehner did all the reading he's ever going to do in 6th grade.

  • LOL bwahahahahaah FAIL!!!!!!1

  • You go, JR!!

It looks like some of the people in the background realize he is wrong. They kind of look around..."huh?"

  • Ironically the preamble to the Constitution says "insure domestic Tranquility" which is a direct reference to the Shays Rebellion which was in many ways similar to the Teabaggers, long story short they tried to over throw the government and failed, and when writing the constitution they wanted to ensure this never happened again.

  • I LOVE JR!

  • lolz, he is an idiot, really, declaration of independence, really?, wtf is up with politicians, i am in high school, and i knew this when i was in middle school.

  • boehner just lost the game.

  • Jayar FTW

  • LOL! .." all men are created = xcept slaves and Indians. " And the toothless, broke ,hillbillies cheering him on. He should repeat the part that says " I will honor and respect forever the insurance companies that pay me to keep you poor country bumpkins from getting the medical care you need. And keep rejecting your claims till you die! "

  • Is that peanut butter in the background?

Jay R is so right, by the way!

  • @RWDixon8r

his name is actually "jayar" i think...

  • He needs a TelePrompter.

  • Its what happens when you treat the constitution & declaration as soundbites instead of complex documents.

  • This isn't the first time he's done it. He's done it on Fox News, too.

  • No wonder the GOP claim reading a 2,000-page bill is impossible. They can't be bothered to read the first paragraph of the Constitution even if it's literally in their hand...

He probably didn't want to mention the part of the preamble about promoting the "general Wellfare."

  • that was not smart of him

  • john boner kill :)

  • Hey -I could watch that vid a million times.Just look at the faces BEHIND Bohner and you'll see the wave of horror as they realize "I'm standing in support of a TOTAL MORON"Oh, my god.I've laughed so much in the last couple of days. What's next? C'mon, another sex scandle?Jeez already, stick a fork in it!

  • It is amazing (thier expressions).

I did notice that Michelle Bachmann, the loony who started this crap rally, didn't realize it. Of course the voices in her head probably drowns out any particulars to her brain.

    LOL

  • It's true, J.R. is awesome.

  • Boner?

  • Dear TYT, please don't use 'epic fail' anywhere, it's so 4chan retarded.

  • I agree. The words "epic" and "fail" have been completely destroyed. They should just be eradicated from the English language.

  • Great point about "freedom loving" America. Freedom comes with the responsibility to question our government and to speak our minds.

  • But also the responsibility to do so responsibly ;)
