That's what I like to see in times like this - Aussies and Kiwis supporting each other. The same thing happened when Cyclone Yasi hit Queensland, Kiwis gave all the support they could, and now the Aussies are giving it back to help those effected in Christchurch. That said I was shook up (no pun intended) by the quakes...I spent the morning trying to contact my friends in christchurch, a couple got trapped in rubble but are ok. The rest slowly got back to me as some communications were restored. But every one of them is not homeless, 1 was living in his garage because his house was levelled in the last quake!

I hope they rebuild, it was my favorite city in NZ to visit!
