In America, we have so much and they have so little. If everyone had it in their hearts to send at leat one dollar to help the funds in African countries or elsewhere, that is all that has to be done.Besides, reasearch, that is the best we can give to them.

i once worked at a shelter a lot like this one in belohorizonte, brazil.

i fell in love with those children, and i think about them everyday.

it was so awesome how everything the workers did focused around the lives of these children.

I spent some time in Kenya this summer & have seen similar schools & orphanages. One woman I met was a widow, poor & sick herself, who took in over 20 orphans. Thank you for telling their stories. There voices need to be heard!

Not only are incidences such as this prevalent there, but in many other places in the world. Even the United States, which is supposed to be the most wealthy nation in the world has many homeless. The Unites States has over 3 million people considered to be homeless each year. Let's not forget about other countries, but we should fix our country first.
