@ronniekyo I played it on the original xbox...some complain about the controls, and a lot have to say about some of the puzzles that requires quick timing...
@fucktardickis Oh the endings if you complete with catherin saved and Gehn trapped forever and thats the real good ending, but if you got the book and gehn not trapped and Atrus replied to the player "I dont understand the book is empty" and thats where gehn and his comrade shoots both you and atrus.
I think they had the right idea, and the 'learning ages' concept has a certain way of working, but it doesn't necessarily lead you to any land-mark greatness in story telling.
I think the way it DOES work is in how Atrus was disconnected from his own son's, the way Gehn was disconnected to him, and from the standpoint of losing his grandmother shortly after Sirrus and Achenar were born, might lend to this story a bit more.. but you have to be familiar with the back story to really get this.

There is so many bad endings in Riven and thats why im looking for riven for on psn but they dont have any of them.

When I played Riven, the game is almost looks like its real. And Ghen assassinated me at the end of the game.
