its normal . The guy whoio you can see standng in the open door is responsable for closing the doors . He does this from the outside , so he can check everyone is on the train . All the doors close but the one he is standing at . he enters the train and then close the last door from indisde the train . The train can leave when he closes the doors from the outside . Mostly the guy can close the last door before the train gets going . In this case he just really took his time .

trains have a system called door interlock,

so unless the train has all its doors closed

the driver cant get traction to move.I would say that the door was "rigged" as the yellow lights on the side of the train[markers]were

not lit, as an open door will cause these lights to come on.each door has a simple micro switch that is quite easy to jam into a

closed position to emulate a closed door.

I am a train expert, and the train can NOT start if a door is not closed, because the electronic system(mind) of the train ''tells'' the train driver that you have a problem there! So, actually i can't understand how on this video something like that has happened!

I was on a train once (benelux train serie 600 running between Amsterdam an brussel) with the same thing, somebody of the company just asked me to pull the emergency brake and then the driver asked over the radio what was wrong and the problem got fixed.
