  • Call it a monster hummer. PLEASE!!!!

  • what motors

  • This is NO Hummer. Hummer=H1=HUMVEE=Military performance, NOT exposed axles and drive shafts, not to mention the transmission and the fact that most of the H2s and H3s are made of plastic! And yes for those of you who are smart enough to read all of what I am saying, this is an RC toy/model. Just don't say

"Hummer" for what's made overseas unless you're talking about what your girlfriend gave you...

  • @Buel53 Does this make any sence to anybody? "this is an RC toy/model" really? What the fuck? wheres your H1 little boy? didnt your mumma buy you one for xmas?

  • I have ask what are those red shocks that look to be running from the tranny to the right side? I'm always looking to improve my venom creeper.

  • @litterboxx1973 the yellow shocks are from an old tamiya buggy, im not sure which one sorry i forget, however i know they are vintage model.

The red arm that u talk of is simply just to lock off the 4wheel steering, with the other red arm from wheel to wheel is the tie rod from steering knuckle to knuckle, as the clod buster diffs have 4wheel steer. I have tried the model with 4ws but have since gone back to 1 front steer only, it got far too tricky to drive with 4ws.

  • looks shit

  • @tehkaylaness thats you reflection your looking at in the computer screen. Shit head.

  • it just keeps on going and going O.O

  • Once U should build this in real size! :D U would be the best offroader all over the world :D.

Anyway... this was pretty nice job! ;)

  • Thanks man, yeah u just gave me a mad idea!!! a single seater, 1/2 scale 4runner with as much wheel travel as this model, and electric motors on the axels for ease of drivetrain. Ans an external cage so i can drive it on its roof.

  • PRETTY COOL

  • great toy :)...but....it's just a toy :D

  • that thing is crazy i wanna build one

  • Slick rig bro. I have a friend in Pheonix that builds similar rigs but uses battery drill motors in them. Tons of torque!! Good jod though!!

  • lol this is cool but this really is for ppl who cant afford the real thing sorry

  • WOW! Dat RC is fuckin awesome!

  • 380 motors right??.

  • nar, 540's tried tamiya black cans, all round great, but then tried high wind lathe motors, 55 turn. heaps torque, no top end.

  • research rc crawlers on the net, look at the available parts, work out what you want to attain from your build, then i simply drew a picture of the part, made it out of cardboard to test fit to clod diffs, then traced on alloy and cut out. frame i used a simple CAD program to get the shape/measurments i wanted. My goal was to have almost 90` flex. the crawler was just...build as you go.

  • nice flex on that hummer man u think you cantell me ur secret what your parts were

  • hahaha luv it! thanks4 da comment. Do you think NASA will give me a job?

  • this thing should be on mars man..put some video cam on it and it can replace the rover on mars rite now..haha

  • rc ?? where is the smoke then

  • it is electric

you can see the engines at the second picture

  • why do you think its gas powerd most rc cars are electric

  • cool!

  • gas or electric?

  • its electric........two motors mounted on the axles.

  • nice car

  • oh, so u want a all around rc? oh, sorry, i didnt know that...=)>

  • if you make the overall length longer, it would probably make it look cooler and have a better balance for steeper hills, and put split batteries in the front for better traction where you need it, even though that is a nice hummer...

  • Thanks, yeah i know the true rock crawlers are of totally different design, i just wanted an all round truck that could crawl, yet jump and drive at speed with S/tuned motors. Bit like a monsta truck with good flex. It all started when i wanted more articulation from my original clodB.

  • that things tanked

  • Really, a slightly larger Hummer body would clean it up... However, this is a pretty spiffy build.

  • clod base is a classic. thats where it all started

  • hell yes..

  • yeah yeah, except for rear diff stall, you cant beat the old Clod buster diffs!

  • heck yea where did you get them great crawler do you still have it?..

  • Dude that things moves ok but fuck it looks stupid being so high and dude the music what were you thinking obviously you werent!!!!

  • Dude? who the fuk calls people dude? and wheres your fucking videos cock sucker? another fuk wit that likes to right of peoples vids. get a life little boy.

  • music is gay as aids.

  • How come all the people that leave childish comments DONT EVEN HAVE ANY VIDOES OF THEIR OWN ON YOU TUBE. Get a life campaug

  • really nice!!! give me your hammer!! congratulations!!! hahahahaha

  • thanks, hammer for sale... lol.

  • the music sucks, and i like jeeps better, and teh shocks should be under the fender-wells, i like that H2 SUT, but just what dukey958 said, "wtf is with the music".

  • I got the music from your moms house.

  • nice rc but wtf is with the music

  • The music is from Thailand where my wifes home country is. I put the music on for a laugh, thats all.

  • haha lol thats cool man, it moves like a injured Transformer trying to climb :)

  • injured transformer...Love it, thanks for your comment.

  • great vid, shit music

  • with a name like doraeatbabies.... well i say no more.

  • hahahaha an rc crawler

  • Dude that shit just owned those boulders!!! Beast

  • nuts

  • NICE MAN!!!! MY NEW RC IDOLE XD

  • cool 5 out of 5

  • lol its so borring i prefer nitro cars, high speed,stunts,burnouts....

  • sweet!!! dat is so frikin sick!

  • awsome vid!!!

  • Cool truck! i wasn't expecting it it to handle rocks that big, big thumbs up.

    keep on trucking!

  • great video , very funny from BKK

  • cool

  • thai

  • i have that shell

  • 4X4 FUN IN FLA COTTONMOUTHMOVIES

  • awesome design only one flaw:there are none!!

  • LMAO PWNED!

  • Not bad, Gas would be better but all the same Not bad

  • very nice job i give you lots of props

  • great job!

  • Nice=)

  • wow!i like one of that rc hummer!how much did it cost u to buy that truck?thanks!

  • I built it myself, from scratch. the only bought items are the body, electronics, motors, wheels and diffs.

  • u use to have that hummer in orignal without all that fancy stuff

  • nice....

  • nice nice! it takes all the rocks

  • thai song and nices rc car man

  • thank you, yes Thai song, as my wife is thai.

  • so is my mom no joke lol we own a thai restaurant

  • I love thai food, tom yum sticky rice and panang my favorite!

  • lol i like kraft dinner XD

  • bad whells

  • yes run outta money for the wheels.

  • ban no! nah yao sa rah! mai tunh.

  • oo yeah thats so cool

  • would you recommend a wheely king cause im planning to get one

  • Ive herd they are pretty good, will climb like a rock crawler in stock form (no mods). So i guess you get the best of both worlds, a high speed truck and an ok crawler. Personally i like Tamiya, but the WK, looks like a very good product.

  • is this a whelly king

  • No this is hand built using clod buster diffs and proline wheels.

  • beautiful truck

  • dang man that thing has some impressive shocks on it ! good job

  • there are nitro rc with reverse (hpi makes a reverse for the savages) and all but i don't think my savage would crawl over much like that. it just goes fast and likes to jump. that crawler you built there has some AWESOME flex nice work

  • Thank you, my mate has a savage, its unreal. top speed is crazy!, yeah they sure can jump! I know about the reverse for nitro cars, great invention. Maybe if you could keep the engine running cool, adapt low gearing, it would be possible to build a nitro crawler, however EP is just easier for crawln. Thanks for your comment.

  • u said no rc car run on gas. not a rock clawler

  • there r rc's that use a 2 stroke gasoline engine

  • Yeah but still the torgue gives u a sort of too easy driving for that thing it could go up a straight wall if the wheels would stick to it. And nitrous engines are better than the suckster petrol crap.

  • the music is so dumb fucking hell

  • Yes 4 link set up, It now runs 55 turn lathe motors, max torque no revs. before it ran 2x speed tuned tamiya cans, it very fast for a big truck.

  • hey! it's nice to see some asain that enjoy this hobby to. i'm hmong and i also have me a clod rockcrawler. i'm running the rc4wd nn chassy, 65 turn integy motor, two dynamite 15 esc, tutaba fm/pm three channel and 4500 mgh 6 cell battery. i love these thing so much. i also just bought a axial 10 running the novak rockcrawler brushless . this thing is super bad.

  • Thanks Hmong, Like to see your brushless set up! I mostly race rc touring cars @ Castle hill in Sydney. I raced in Bangkok and HongKong with Tamiya, Asia sure knows how to put on a good race.

  • That is so neat. I have a couple of electric powered trucks. The other advantage is that you can run them indoors and run over small children who volunteer to lay on the floor.

  • 4 link suspension? Nice vid.

  • nice job u did there,

is it not even more fun with a petrol engine in it or am i wrong there?

  • nar ep betta 4 crawlin

  • made by urself ?

  • nice

  • u need to put some massive shock on it to make it look more realistic

  • yeah, it was hard to build it keeping some sort of scale realism, but i must admit the dollars ran short when it came to the shocks. But thanks for your comment, check out my other rc pajero vid if you like scale realism

  • i think the reports have been nothing but good but!

    doesn't make sense

  • have u run the wheely king rock crawler, if so is it a good one.

  • very nice rig, great articulation

  • great job! looks really good, could do with softer tyres though and turning the wheels round so the tread goes the other way, it grips the rocks better.

    great vid though nice one

  • Thanks man, yeah softer rubber and narrow tread would work better, but i ran out of money when it came to the wheels, also i havent seen any plastic rims that dont look like massive bling wheels. kept the tread forward for looks. thanks 4 your comment.

  • how did you build that? i think that it is very cool. Is it somthin that an beginer can build? dos it need custom parts?

  • thanks, you can build with custom or pre made parts, custom is cheaper, but does require some basic knowledge of RC vehicles. The best idea is to start with the super clod buster from Tamiya and slowly upgrade to what you see with mine.

  • i have an stamped and an old rustler

  • As the description says, this is a custom built truck, i used diffs and wheels from a tamiya clod, the alloy chassie, links and connecting mounts are all hand built. the body is a proline poly carb hummer.

  • I have a axial ax10 scorpion but no electronics yet can u give me any tips?

  • it look likes you buy the motors and wheels andfrme and put in electronics your self and body
