accually if you look closely, stepping on any of the tiles on the floor arrows will come out, so your not suppost to step on them, like in the movie, where he steps around them. so in this i have him step around the tiles, so the arrows dont kill him.

Great - my kids and I loved this! If you can, try locking your scenery down (i.e. blu-tacking it to a tiled floor or something) and try keep your lighting consistent (use artificial light sources in set places and avoid ambient light). If you can run your DSLR on manual mode, then go down that route for really consistent exposures.
