@BRUNOAZIZ They're Kim's lyrics. Frank Black wanted to show that Pixies was really together again and without any in-fighting so he let Kim Deal use her song as the newest Pixies release. Happy Pixies are reunited <3
@blahblahboyee cool!...thanks for the reply!....we'll keep waiting they get their stuff together put out a new record, saw they playing in the SWU Festival (brasil) last year...they've openned the set with Bone Machine, Isla The Encanta, Debaser, Broken Face and Ninrod's Son...amazing...it was like they have 22 years old and we're just starting the band!...pure energy!

I think he changed it to Frank Black for a while but went back to Black Francis around the time he started trying to regroup Pixies? So confusing, lmao

This song is GREAT! Come out with a new album already!! I mean, this song was written for Shrek 2 and sounds like it's for kids, but it is still so catchy and wonderfully written. I can understand their hesitation though... They are the Pixies and their fans would be so sad if it sucked. "They should have just quit while they were ahead..."
I just think the more I hear this song, I feel like a new album would be a good move.
@Biglotsemployee If you don't dig the organ you can't remember the 90s I reckon. Bands like inspiral carpets and a whole bunch of others did amazing things with it. old school as hell. Kids now hear it and thnk "Argh key, must be electronic" and miss that the organ aint electro, and anyway back then it didnt work that way. Heck the cars who frank black loved where electronic as hell.
I remember back when I had only heard Doolittle, I hated this song.
Since then I've fallen in love with every Pixies album, a lot of Breeders stuff, and even some Frank Black stuff.
I can now say that this song is BADASS! I want MORE PIXIES!
