@CountVonBrink Get someone to scoop kick your balls. And then try to straight kick their balls when you're really close up. You will see.

Excellent instruction....not many martial artists practice groin attacks/defence.
Most of the general techniques praticed go out the window when you consider groin attacks...so simple and so effective. Thanks!

excellent clip simple and direct, straight to the point, also think hit, and concentrate of vital points in the body , for every person is vulnerable to these types of strikes unless your a robot lol
