i got this phone with 2.1 (soon 2.3.3) and the only issues with 2.1 (any android that MOVE2SD WORK WITH 2.2+ Cuz ppls that devlep the soft are mean!!) and this phone like super fast. and the verison he show's 1.6 (the old laggin verison) now he got 2.1. faster.

I'm in the process of sending it back to the phone company for the second time. Right now it wont charge, earlier it would not send SMS's (txt messages) and it has major slow downs after about a month.

If you really want an android, go for a samsung, or HTC.

THIS is the most FUCKED up phone ever. I own one. bought this brand new from future shop last october and it started having problems in january.. and its worse evevn now.. this phone crashes so many times! screen freezes, automatically shuts off and turns back on continuously w/o u doing anything.. fucking hard to type the text pad without screwing up and accidentally hitting the send button when ur still in the middle of texting
