Zoom Q3 Handy Video Recorder - George's Music

the q3 video is in the Mov format...when you want to load the videos on youtube or facebook it takes too much time because file size is about 150 Mb for a 3 minutes video!! i try to convert the video with total video converter (as i always do for every video) but it doesn't work! so i ask you..there's a way to convert the zoom q3 videos to MPEG videos???

@kristolaos The Q3 has many ways to lower the file size if that's your main concern. You can lower the quality of the audio (even change from WAV to MP3) and lower the quality of the video. Any standard video editor will be able to accept these MOV files, or you can use SuperC video converter to change them to a different file type.

I recorded my duo last night,went through the procedures to upload to youtube,BUT,although i can view the files,and play on my pc or tv,i cant seem to be able to do anything else with them,as the icons edit,upload,copy delete,although on view,wont highlight,and i cant click on them,in fact when i first open the program,they do highlight,but as soon as my vids appear in the screen,the icons become unavailable !!!

Right,i sussed it out,but,it was showing as a simple video was going to take well over an hour to upload !!!

ive got the zoom q3 excellent sound quality.i mainly use the low gain for sound at rock gigs as auto isnt quick enough to stop the sound breaking up and high gain is too sensitive.the only complaints with the product is in semi dark conditions its terrible video quality and you cant lighten it very well.bring on the hd version and the package will be a really decent prospect.sound is spot ion though in comparrison to the flips
