Morning Glory is a common name for a kind of plant. Also, some people refers to it when see a chemtrail on the sky which is not a normal phenomenon. It´s geo-engineering, weather modification program!

In the USA the legal limit is 18,000 feet, but they can go higher than that

Your limits are airways and airspace restrictions... together with lift. If you're in unrestricted airspace, and have enough thermic activity or lee wave lift you can go as high as you can. Obviously above 15000ft you really need to go onto oxygen too...

Cheapest form of aviation out there! Cheaper than a motocross bike, cheaper than a jetski or 4x4, cheaper than a lot of stuff. You can get lessons and used gear for 3-4K and then its free to fly
