  • what was the little girl and the man's name?

  • super

  • the little kids they use in their commercials are so cute!

check out the commercial i uploaded. the little boy in it is precious!

  • this is a cute commericial.

  • I remember this. Thanks.

  • Hmm is not the beatles song

  • This isn't the Beatles version, this is strictly a Lennon demo.

  • ay que bellezaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa que hermosuraaaa ^^ mori al verlo jajaja me encanta!!! Gracias por postear :D

  • Wow. Never saw this. But I thought the Beatles were totally against using their music for commercials. I remember the controversy surrounding the use of Revolution for Nike. I guess Michael Jackson made that call. But SONY MUSIC doesnt own the rights to Real Love... curious.

  • They asked Yoko's permission to use the song...she watched the commercial and approved it (I know someone who made the commercial)...some websites say she sold it to them...I'll have to ask.

  • what is wrong with using music for commercials?

  • Aw, such a cute commercial. JCPenney commercials are always so good.

  • The money spend on the music rights alone could pay the salary of a smarter director of marketing, or feed an entier village for that matter, but then again we are here to dupe middle america not truly save the world.

  • THE MUSIC?????? ???????????

  • BOOO!!!!!!! Stop commercializing the beatles' songs and making them jingles! BOOO

  • whats bad about that? I rather hear a good song in an ad, than a bad one. I'm glad this came out. The beatles were all about commercialism, they were a pop group after all.

  • It's true. My father is a well-known Beatles memorablia collector and the beatlke had their faces on everything! Soap - curtains - toys - candy - clothes, shoes, wigs, games. If you can think it up - the Beatles probably got their face on it. Not that the Beatles were terrible. They were all about sharing the love and that's what this commercial is trying to do. "real love".

  • what is specifically wrong with that? it's just music.

  • :'( i love that song , yoko is going to roun it

  • AHAHAH!!! I LOVE HER FACE IN THE END!

  • orig.title "Boys and Girls" 1st appeared on the Lost LennonTapes -it was also used-legitimately-in the Film Imagine in 1987...the Imagine in theaters. It should sound clear-it's from tapes Yoko gave the creators of the film. So, for those of you who think it's not JL-it is-and enhanced 4 the 2nd volume for a "new" track 2 follow FAABird. It ws cleaned up on the Imagine sndtrk. Believe me,I knowest of what i speak. join the BeatlesNetwork which is on msn. I'm ass't manager, under prmcmuffin.

  • correction=it was (the film Imagine-in the theaters) Oct of 88, not 87. sorry

  • Wow. They've really cleaned up this song from John Lennon's original, poor-quality recording he did a bit before his death. Now, it sounds so beautiful and pure. I love it and when I first saw this commercial, I thought wow, how amazing does this song sound now after 27 years of trying to peel out this song from that very poor recording. A shame Lennon never got to record it.

  • holy shit! that sounds like paul!!!

  • hell no thats john.

  • wtf. this isnt john. its just john playing im guessing.

  • It's definitely John playing and singing.

  • they film this ad a block away from my house. Cant beleive it took them like 3 months to finish the whole thing. Its filmed in vancouver .

  • They would probably intentionally film it long before it was needed... I think they weren't even sure it would get picked up when they filmed it. They would have needed some of that time for selection process, and editing (this is a shortened version)... the rest of the time they were probably just waiting to debut it during the time when the Macy's Parade was being aired (lots of people watching, eh?).

  • ok im sorry that was john 9 its just that that version of the song was differnet

  • It's definitely John Lennon.

  • It's definitely John Lennon.

  • Thats John Lennon

  • wow! what a terrific commercial ~ love the story and that a girl is used ~ terrific that millions of people will have the opportunity to hear john's voice ~ such a beautiful lennon tune ~ great!

  • Yoko you fuckin sell out!!!!!!!!!!!
