you can see on the wear marks that the motor height was too low, causein a higher lever for the bevel to destroy the pinion, especially because it has less surface area in contact with the bevel.
It´s not a problem of quality of pinion gear, the systema pinions are builded to use with Systema gears. Yes, this is true, with some precicion tools you can mesure that Systema pinions are DIFFERENT from standart TM pinions. If you don´t use Systema gears the Systema pinion will ALWAYS strip soon or later. Belive me, I already change dozens of pinions in this motor and measure them by myself.
you just need to reshim you gear when you buy a new motor because they seem to have a different teeth size even though its just a cm of a fraction, i have a ca mp5 and changed the motor with a eg1000 same thing happened to me but after i replaced the pinion gear and reshimmed it its all ok now
This shit happened to me today when i was playing. I have the magnum with an m120 and heard that dreadful whining noise. I almost pissed myself. My freakin "re-enforced 8mm gearbox" has a big ass crack in it now too. So gotta get a new reenforced gearbox:(
Hey man, just bought a Systema Magnum motor and shot a few shots and I can see some wear already on the pinion gear, I've ordered a Guarder Steel pinion and wanted to know how you removed your old pinion gear. I'm thinking of using either priors or using a flat head screwdriver as a lever, I'm not in the market of spending any more money on a pinion removal tool.
It is a problem with shimming.

Same thing happened to my systema motor

you did not shim the Gearbox corectly. The bevel and pinion did not have full teeth contact, as you can see.

Same thing happened to me, the bevel gear is shimmed too high, and motorheight is incorrect.
