It's in support, or rather, challenging Christians to be what they are: part of the Church Militant. Not the way that "militant" is seen today, but in that we are in a battle. You can read the description for a better understanding, though a new video will come up which will attempt to explain this better.

And the song is also "Cry for the Moon" by Epica, with some Gregorian Chant blending in.

Well, the term "Church Militant" means that Christians here on earth are on a battle against sin, against the forces of darkness. This video is trying to re-focus on this (for we see many laid back Christians, or many attacks on Christianity and Christians not responding).

So basically in the video Christians are challenged to defend what is theirs.
