My only concern if that some of the positions are not possible using unmodified clock mechanisms, for example the clock on the middle row on the far right hand side at 0:56 seems has the hour hand at 12 and the minute hand at 30'.

The first column just looks like that 'cause it's not in use right now. If it was 03:30, or 22:00 if you're on a 24 hr clock, they'd need that column to make the first half of the #.
