I've noticed that all these Xena/Gabby vids imply a Homoerotic relationship between them. People do know that they are straight right. I mean I know they teased it alot in the show, but they were more like sisters. Each had romances with men, and there was never anything to imply anything sexual.
Actually almost everyone involved with Xena - including Rob Tapert, Renee O'Connor and Lucy Lawless herself, have all acknowledged that Xena and Gabrielle were more than just friends.
I am a firm believer that they were lovers and soulmates. They may not have been lesbians, but they were definitely Bisexual.
you can choose not to see it but I think as the show went on it became much more apparent.
I don't no, like I said everyone knew it was sort of a running bit in the shows plot. I think if they had intended to take it further then that they would have. With todays more liberal views, and the charators indapendent nature it wouldn't make sence that if they had feeling that went deeper then friendship it would have be brought out. Maybe it people seeing more then was actualy there, or simply seeing what they wanted to see.
Once the creators of the show, the writers, and the actors have all said it, it's pretty much canon.
Xena was on television in a time where homosexuality was still a little shaky on tv (demonstrated by Ellen's show at the time that was cancelled) They played it safe.
But Season 6 was blatant and they pretty much tell you, 'yup they're lovers'.
Ellen's show wasn't cancelled because the came out on it, it was cancelled because is sucked. As far as I'm conserned if they were going to go down that path they never should have had Gabby marry that guy then. They should have been strait forward about it. It would not have been a problem. For some reason it's more accepted for women to be "into each other" then men. At any rait good video,I enjoyed, it obvious you put a lot of work into it.
The show was awesome after she came out... but that doesn't matter. Everyone can believe what they want. The fact of the matter is ellen's career went nowhere for a very long time after she came out.

Well... some fans believe there was more than just a close friendship between them and other belive they were just really close friends.
They were never a couple or anything, this is all just subtext and clips manipulated to make it look and seem as though they are lesbians.
