This is a remix I gave to my daughter at her wedding last year - she loves Gaga, and Charlie loves journey...when I first heard it on fun107 I couldn't believe it and immediately sent her a link and then it ended up being one of the longest & best dance songs - everyone got up & danced. it was a hit and STILL is my FAVORITE remix of all time - great video mash up too :)

Because you all should stop believing that there is such a thing as an ORGINAL song ... these songs mesh so well because they use they same predictable 4 chord progression. It is also why DJ earworms so easily mashes top hits from the year ... all of the hit songs use the same basic progression and sometimes even lyrics ... such as "throw your hands up" ... Parts of it sound good sure, but I can't listen to the song as a whole because there are so many mismatched parts.

I listened to the moments you commented on and they all sound fine. I think you're just trying to find something wrong with this mashup because you don't want to admit how much you like it.
