Really agree with you that it is the simple things that make the difference. Being responsive to what students have, both in terms of technology and skills has to be a big area to develop. Also I think in terms of ideas and inspirations, there are huge depths here of things that students already have to drive their learning. We just need to actually ask them, and to listen.
