The Polish government internet in Poland did not recognize Soviet troops as invaders, so did the Supreme Commandar of Polish military forces, as well as the League of Nations(they condemned USSR as a invader state in Finland, for instance), as well as France and UK, two countries allied with Poland.

Because in 1939 Hitler invaded Poland, not USSR. I don't know where are you from, but Poland and USSR were two different states. Poland belonged to Russia until 1917.
I know the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, it was a non-agression pact. It was not invaded by N. Germany and USSR at the same time, it was invaded firstly by N. Germany, then the Polish state colapsed and USSR retook areas that were removed from Ukraine and Belarus by Germans during the IWW.

There is however an additional critical factor in Stalin's "victory" and that is the contribution of British traitors who fed the Soviets with intercepted German intelligence communiques. Kim Philby and Victor Rothschild were passing on vital Enigma intelligence to Stalin (even before Churchill was given it) that allowed the Soviets to prepare for and counter the German attacks. Hitler would have overrun the Soviets otherwise.

When Hitler invaded Poland, its government fled to Romania, a neutral state, hence, it ceased to exist, because as a neutral state, they could not recognize Polish government. There is not even a declaration of war from Poland against USSR, but there is a declaration of war from Poland against Nazi Germany. That puts an end to all discussions.
The Pact was about influence zones, not about invading Poland, Stalin and Churchill also negociated influence zones after the war, which does not mean that UK invaded Austria(from British influence zone).

The Polish government internet in Poland did not recognize Soviet troops as invaders, so did the Supreme Commandar of Polish military forces, as well as the League of Nations(they condemned USSR as a invader state in Finland, for instance), as well as France and UK, two countries allied with Poland.

Because in 1939 Hitler invaded Poland, not USSR. I don't know where are you from, but Poland and USSR were two different states. Poland belonged to Russia until 1917.
I know the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, it was a non-agression pact. It was not invaded by N. Germany and USSR at the same time, it was invaded firstly by N. Germany, then the Polish state colapsed and USSR retook areas that were removed from Ukraine and Belarus by Germans during the IWW.

Many of you should go and study what transpired in the Soviet Union prior to the nazi invasion. Stalin is directly responsible that the Soviet Union lost over 27 million Soviet persons during the war but..... BUT it was also only because of Stalin that the Soviet Union emerged victorious. Without Stalin the likelihood of the Soviet Union surviving the nazi onslaught is VERY improbable.

Arguably the war was lost for Hitler on the East front because he made several tactical mistakes including stretching his troops too far in the Winter of 41 - there is some merit to the idea that Hitler lost the war, it was not the allies who won it.

There is however an additional critical factor in Stalin's "victory" and that is the contribution of British traitors who fed the Soviets with intercepted German intelligence communiques. Kim Philby and Victor Rothschild were passing on vital Enigma intelligence to Stalin (even before Churchill was given it) that allowed the Soviets to prepare for and counter the German attacks. Hitler would have overrun the Soviets otherwise.

The Battle of Berlin was such a terrible battle. So many innocent were raped and killed by the Soviets, but it was bound to happen. I am no Nazi, Soviet, or Allied fan, but the fall of Berlin was hideous to all for the things that took place during that battle.

It was true that rape and civilian death did occur during this battle as the same happened in Stalingrad and other Russian cities. I see the Battle of Stalingrad in the same way I see the Battle of Berlin. The deaths of the civilians in both those battles are horrible, but are a part of war.
Also note that I'm not 'rewritting history'. I just mourn for those who died during the battle is all.

If the Soviets had to retaliate at least 1/3 of all the evil that the nazi did to them, responsible for more than 24 millions of deaths in Soviet territory and about 1/3 of Polish population, there would not be a single German city standing in Germany.

A thought: Did the makers of this movie study Reffenstahl's Triumph of the Will? The scene of Stalin triumphantly landing by plane in Berlin suggests the opening scene of that movie, where Hitler arrives by plane in Nuremburg. The connotation of triumph over the land is the same, so is the idolatrous crowd. seeing POWs from the camps is absurd. The Soviets actually kept all POWs in the camps & transported many back to their own camps.

Where did I say it? Learn to interpret texts! Movies are not proof of anything, but epic movies are used to be based uppon real facts, they are used to be researched in some cases. If you read the Soviet version of history, as well as non-propagandist authors in the West, you will reach such conclusion.

Just do a search on Tibet like I did & you to can learn from the master's own lips how when Mao wiped a couple million Tibetans & supplanted them in their own nation it was actually a good deal for the Tibetans. Why don'cha just read what Alexander has to say about the Volga Canal project. The GULAG system was the world's largest system of slave labor. The Nazis copied it w/ their concentration camp system. I just want you to remember, Lenin invented it.

That's what Western press told you, which does not match with real facts. He was imprisoned for making apologies to nazi, as he does in Archipelago Gulag, if you actually readed the book, as he defends two rapists who were imprisoned in Germany for raping a German woman, non-combatant.
If you even know the actual meaning of "Gulag", you should know that every country has it's own, it's a constant in Criminal Procedure that labor is seen as an effective way to re-socialize a prisoner.

It is a supreme demonstration of both stupidity & ignorance that one would actually take this filthy movie seriously. The image of Stalin arriving in Berlin by plane is utterly laughable. Stalin was affraid of flying, no doubt he feared sabotage. & the image of the Red Army heroically liberating the concentration camps & the Soviet prisoners rejoicing at this prospect is so absolutely, perfectly, supremely disgusting. The mind boggles. Stalin treated POWs as traitors.

Firstly, because you look like a "pope" or Catholic inquisitor defending "absolute and imutable truth", your truth is clearly that "Soviets were demons" and "US is the saviour of humanity", despite that this country killed more than nazi during it's history, killings Indians, Mexicans, Iraqis, Phillipinos...
