I was playing some of his music and suddenly my mom comes in to my room and is all like "ehm, is that David Bowie you're playing?", I answer yes. She than tells me that she used to be a HUUUGE fan of him in here younger days and have seen him live. I didn't have a CLUE she listend to this kind of music, we talked about him for like half an hour after that. So David Bowie actually gave me something in common with my parent, although we're from completly different generations. Amazing musician!

He captures the essence of the 1970s androgyny thing...People may feel anxious about it if it brings bisexual tendencies to the surface...Mainly it sells more records if more people are attracted to him, so gender cross over appeal is helpful....I heard he's bi but he might have just been really high that day.
