@muserule22 Well if you have a repeating background (like a coloured checkerboard or something) then you right-click, select 'edit' and then 'crop selected bitmap'. For images, I'm afraid I haven't worked that out yet.

Im rubbish at things like this do you have to download the programme to do it and how do you get it on your phone without it shrinking if ya get me? But thanks for the help so far =]

@backspace0080 Once it goes onto your phone it will be the same size, just to view it without it being set as your wallpaper it will be shrunk. To create this no it doesnt have to be this software. you could also use this as a template and put your own images in front on ex. paint. but quality will not be as good on the actual phone. Help on putting it onto the phone will come soon. thank you for watching it

@SimpleTips4U Oh and yes just set it as wallpaper or background and will be right size and a nice crisp picture (dependant on photo quality)
