To the people saying that the lips shouldn't have been colored in, you need to take a look at Obata's color pages. He colors lips, and prewind was using his coloring style.

dude,like i understand this is MS paint,but how do you like,get the paint to color the whole thing?likw with Light's hair,when you barely outlined it,all you did was add the color yellow (or it looks yellow),how do you do that?

I used paint bucket to fill the colors. I picked up the color by trial and error.
