Football and rugby are both good sports. But, Rugby is more internationally recognized. I would have to go with Rugby being a more physically and mentally intense sport. No helmets or pads, just straight muscle and bone.

harder? since when is taking breaks every 10 seconds hard? You have specific players for defense and offence, in rugby you play non stop. Every player needs to be able to take down every player. Football is seriously stupid. Requires next to no communication between team mates as all your actions are given to you on a plate by someone else, in rugby your team is left to their own devises when they take to the field. Also rugby isn't corrupted by money.

Tom Iosefo will be great. He has the speed of pesamino and not afraid to tackle unlike pesamino. Pesamino's a great player but his defense was suspect.
