Looks like the Porsche owner parked illegally, and the Passat should have let the bus past, however I also think the driver of the second bus must have lost control or something because the Porsche or Passat being there didn't contribute to the bus driver getting it wrong (from what I can see). Assuming both cars hadn't been there he'd still have taken out the bus shelter.

It looks like the bus took a blind turn, too quickly, and into the wrong lane, not that there was any other place for it to go. It sees the VW and goes on the sidewalk rather than head on into the VW. The accident would have happened whether the porshe was there or not.

The bus driver got pissed, because she parked her Porsche on the bus stop. As you can see in the video, there's two buses parked on the right side. After the first bus passed the VW, the second bus that was parked on the right slam into the Porsche at full speed, he didn't even bother hitting the brake. He did it on purpose.

Actually I don't think porsche is obstructing bus stop. It is parked at the very end of it so any bus can easily park there. And first bus was not trying to stop there, it was just signaling to dodge buses on the right. Bus stop is for buses going opposite way.

It appears to me that second bus driver was lacking patience to hold on untill first bus passes to make sure there are no upcoming cars. The street is just too narrow to pull out without crossing other lane. Then probably driver got scared of vw and lost control of vehicle. It was a woman who owned the Porsche. Also i don't think it was either bus drivers fault. The VW was on the right side of the road, the first bus couldn't get into the bus lane because of the bitch who parked her Porsche in the bus lane. The same thing goes for the second bus, the driver didn't see the Porsche because of the first bus, after the first bus passed the driver turned out and then saw the Porsche then saw the gray VW and freaked out.
