This game wasn't an offensive game, nor a defensive game, it was a special teams game. The team with the better ST unit would win, it was clear from the getgo, and unfortunately, I hate to admit this as a PSU fan, but our kickoff coverage has been crap since 2007, and it was long overdue for our kickoff and punt coverage to let us down in a big game (although I guess you could say 2007 vs Illinois was a big game).
