Unlike a lot of boxing fans, I did like Ricardo Mayorga.  He was a guy who went in there throwing big bombs, always looking for the knockout. I remember being at the Staples center when he fought Six Heads the first time. I remember thinking, "Damn, that guy looks strong. Who is he?"

People remember him for the beatings he took towards the end of his career, but no one ever beat him up at 147.
