Yes, Hazrat Isa died but he was raised to life again by God (Qur'an 19:33-34), and after he died and was raised to life, God raised him up unto Himself in his resurrected body alive (Qur'an 3:55, Qur'an 4:158).

As Hazrat Isa is ascended in glory, therefore he will come in glory too, in order to glorify those who follow him, not just leads a normal life and he will not die again, because he has been raised from the dead before he was taken up to heaven. He will be the judge of all men in the day of "Qiyamah". The Qur'an does not say anything on the scond coming of Hazrat Isa. Even though the Hadith says it, but who knows if that hadith is "shahih" or not..
