The groundhogs are playing a tour this december with "wishbone ash" and 1 of the best live progressive rock bands going the mighty "focus" im gonna get tickets for preston guild hall whoop whoop.
absolutely superb tony ! im going over to Tennessee later on this year to see some blues friends it was amazing how many were influenced by the groundhogs !!
so looking forward to the blues and rock weeked in skegness, with the mighty STRAY opening, then got a e-mail saying tony would be playing, there must be a god i thought silly me, unfortunatly there is not, he never played, never mind probable next year? still had a great time though.
A true master; there is certainly only one McPhee. One of only a select handful of Brits that ever understood blues or jazz; and arguably the only guitarist among them. Criminally underrated. Many, many thanks for this clip
great sound and video, I will take it to my favorites. Hans

Saw Tony play last Friday at the Quay in Sudbury. Certainly an unforgetable gig. Played that ole Harmony Sovereign guitar just like the vid.
