I agree with the comment before to mine, but it's precisly advertising the guilty of many cases of anorexia, but this kind of advertising I feel like it's just giving them ideas of "how to" and is not giving any solutions, it's kind of an opposite response, and I don't know I insist that it's better for the teenagers to go to some centers of information, the tv or the internet is not going to tell you what anorexia really is, and how severe is. It's always better read some information

Like other people have said. it's an illnness + i think your comment was very offensive as i have friends who are anorexic. they don't decide to look like that. they start off just wanting to lose abit of weight but then it becomes an obsession and they can't stop. they don't choose to be anorexic they don't actually know they are anorexic until it's to late, some of them think it is just a normal way of life like a normal diet. don't judge people. anorexia is like any other mental illness. Anyway, sure it IS an illness, but the mind doesn't tell you what to do. YOU choose to collapse your health. You can't blame genetics for getting a mental disease. It's not even a disease. So it's an obsession, that happens a lot. But blaming it as a mental illness or a genetic inheritance is stupid. You just have to accept that you chose to do what you're doing
Anorexia is a mental illness. . you can't just "eat" again. No the mind doens't necessarily "tell you what to do" but having a warped body image is the part of the mind that convinces you to do it. WE DO NOT choose to "collapse" our health. it's not like we get up every day and say "hey i think today i won't eat so i will be unhealthy and die"

I have a friend who's anorexic, so don't act like I haven't witnessed anything. She is disgusted by eating, but that's her opinion, and that's her choice to stay away from it. Yes, she would sometimes think that she was fat. Alzheimer's disease affects your memory because it affects certain parts of the brain, but anorexia is more of a mental condition of an addiction. My friend says that she doesn't promote it, but she feels comfortable with it. It's like bringing up people addicted to drugs.
