You can tell by the paint though that it isn't the real Blue Man Group. Their paint coat has a strong shine, and the real Blue Man Group avoids this kind of paint so you can see facial contours.

Not true. Blue Man Group uses grease paint, which indeed does have a strong shine. It says on their site they use it because it never dries so they can keep "that wet gooey look."
