Deadpool doesnt see anything worth killing in spiderman (with the exception of Ultimate Deadpool) If you read most of the cable and deadpool series, you'll understand that deadpool kills for two things: Money or Something that threatens him or anything he cares (sometimes important stuff like friends.....but most of the time for food) killing spiderman wouldnt really benefit anything for deadpool.
