Just mix rust powder with aluminum powder (do check out proportions and safety) and turn ablaze! It can even burn underwater!

I think your poor understanding of the english language has lead you to believe that a bomb has to be a device that explodes with a loud bang and torrents of flames. Its just an exothermic reaction - the explosion is unnecessary.
