I don't see the above conversation adding much clarity to this debate.

I don't really know if cap and trade will actually reduce CO2 levels or that CO2 is as big a problem as many say. It does seem that CO2 stability is desirable and we should have free market mechanisms for achieving that.

If the fantasies of the Democrats will wreck what is left of the free market, there will be no money to fix our environmental mistakes.

Increase taxes on energy while citizens can't afford to pay current city, state, federal income taxes, sales taxes, sin taxes, etc. Absolutely Insane !!!!
