To get iron boots...you must already have fire/ice arrows and the warp tornado song, (get song by using bow and arrow on zephos while in his tornado) and get ice and fire arrows by using song and warping to mother and child isles. Then find that really chilly fog island that you can't get to normally, and use fire arrows on it. Complete the dungeon inside. (must already have power bracelets)

To do the glitch (to stephane279)

go to the soup and put in on Y, Z, or X, then, press the Y, Z, X buttons AND the menu screen, change to any other item such as the Tingle Tuner, on Y, Z, or X. Then get out of the menu screen and then Link will drink it but it doesn't count as using it but it still works! =D
