Over here it's forbidden to move the teams, no matter which sport because in Germany you are not allowed to sell your team.

It pains to see something like that happening to another city but thats just business. The city doesn't own the team, the owner owns the team. Its the owners decision whether or not to do what with his team. People need to realize that. Alot of people got angry when seattle supersonics became oklahoma city thunder.

It means the club itself always has to own at least 51% off the rights so they can't be sold to single people. They did this in England e.g. and now their clubs are overdepted...
