I apparently heard this song when I was younger... I could never remember it, until last week, when I was on the beach making a sand castle. Then, I just started singing it. Its amazing how deep a song can connect with you. :)
A great song from a woefully underrated singer. I first heard her via the Lakeville album and it was a real treat to discover there was another offering I could listen to.
this is one of the songs that enchanted me when amy opened for John Hiatt at the Ark in Ann Arbor. 2005? amazing. bought her cd right away - fan ever since and ever more.
