depends on what rank and position he holds and the municipality he serves in, it is legal to have red/blue strobe lights for certain ranks in some regions.
I would so love to do that to my car. It would be fun when someone gives you the finger or cuts you up, to turn these on for a few seconds and just scare the shit out of them. But im pretty sure that in any country in the world you could get in a whole lot of trouble if you were caught.
Do not purchase from LED Outfitters, I have been jerked around for over a month They keep telling me it shipped but will not send me a tracking number. Not to mention they guy is a real jerk!!

seriously the new BMW 5 Touring used by the Bavarian State Police (Germany) with a Hella RTK7 LED lightbar and two grill lights looks much better than this one

Well this one isn't a real cop this is my buddies car. He bought the lights from a company that makes them for cops in the US.
