  • "A Boomwagon can move seven inches and fire its Boomgun."

Actually, as a Boomgun is Ordnance, it cannot move and fire. <=(

  • @ArianLock That was a 4th edition rule. In 5th edition, ordinance can move and fire.

  • Armor 11...ugh...

  • My looted wagon is a riano all my weapons are just orks sitting on the top of it.

  • fun but not that effective

  • I was thinking about using chaos spikes convert a revell comet (£3.99 btw FTW)

from hobby craft to a looted wagon with boom gun, is this allowed?

  • @Da40kOrks

They'll probably have squadrons in 5th edition Orks, they gave Imperial guard squadrons for all vehicles (Manticore and Deathstrike missile).

Although one thing I'd like to see added to the looted wagon is an actual armor value upgrade (so it can actually be a rough equivilant to the Leman Russ)

Maybe a 2nd unit called "bigga-looted wagon", with even more capacity and heavier and more exotic weapons (like a Looted Monolith!)

  • Wow 3:18 scared me. haha

  • hmmm Good idea for my new Flash Gitz Project, might get a rhino with Skorcha, also, might use it for my burnaz aswell

  • i was thinking of going differant and not using that kinf of vehicle but instead using a carnifex and making it a boom wagon

  • @MultiSS55 haha sounds good! Orks will loot anything!

  • 1:50 or gretshins...

you could mount gretshins inside this...

  • How about if i built a firebase of big gun unit and boomwagon should i take a kan unit or a battlewagon as my last heavyS? thanks SICK video helps me alot. Ghazgul+Guardsmen= Imperial Guard needs new recruits lol

  • Tough question. Probably the battlewagon with either burnas or 'ard boys.

  • Neat Tactics.

I agree that the looted wagon is 'good' (better than people make it out to be) but it's not 'uber'. Still, its a fun tank

  • custom turret?

  • yes the entire 'ard case and turret are scratch-built.

  • wat did u use?

  • Plasticard. A hobby store near me has a huge selection of sheets, rods, and other fun shapes.

  • i used the mud protectors to make a turret detailed the turret with stuff from the ork boyz set and the gun is one of those mini AXE deodarant sprays

  • i was thinking of doing up my ork tanks tanks like you with the plasticard , what thickness due you use?

  • .030" (dunno what that translate too in mm)

  • some good ideas there.

mine is also chimera based with 2 rokit launchas and a skorcha - a very useful little tank !

think I will add a reinforced ram as you suggest :-)

  • Great vid again! These are so helpful in learning the orks

    Cat/

  • boom-wagon ^^ nice
