25. Larisa in her interview said that Maks was really hurt and he felt betrayed because while Karina was living with him, she was trying to see someone else. End of this episode.

24. She said that Maks was ready to get married but Karina was probably not ready to get married, and that's why they split. Maks and mom: Larisa said, "How can you get to know a person in two hours?" He replied, "What about a year? Or 14years?" "You can," said Larisa. "In 14 years?" Maks asked her. Larisa replied, "Yes." Maks said, "but looks like I didn't get to know her well enough."

23. She said that after a while, if everything goes well, then marriage will take place as well as kids, etc. Mom and Maks: He asked her how she likes Sasha. She answers with a question, "Baby, you're not afraid that this could be your same old mistake?" He said no. His mom in interview said that she knew Karina for 15 years and she can't say anything negative about her except for one thing: she hurt her child.

22. She thinks that she and Maks should live together for a while, and get to know each other better. (Sasha, for the past ten weeks, it's the first time you've said something smart, thank you !) She's saying that being together on the show is one thing and living together after the show is over, is totally different. (Bravo, Sasha, I'm starting to like you now. Yeah right, just kidding !)

21. That Maks is famous but what if he wasn't? Would that make a difference? Sasha said that before the show, she has never even heard of him, and now she doesn't even feel that he is famous because Maks behaves just like an average guy; he doesn't have the celebrity attitude. She said that for her it's not important if Maks is a star or not. Maks dad said that the outcome of this show he sees as a marriage for Maks. Sasha said that she doesn't think that marriage should happen right away.

20. Maks said, "it's better never to snoop into somebody's phone." Sasha said something that made Maks' dad a little uncomfortable: "the less you know, the better you sleep." After that, Maks asked Sasha to speak in private. Sasha in her interview said that his dad is charming, has a great personality, and has the ability to see through a person. Maks' dad and Sasha: Maks' dad said that he wants to know how serious the relationship between her and Maks is.

19. Sasha continued with her boyfriend story. She said that the last drop that caused the breakup was that he got into her phone and saw a message: "Hello, how are you? Kiss," from her friend in another country.  She said that because the message contained the word "kiss" he picked a huge fight. That same day, she called her dad, and told him that she was coming home. She packed her things and left. The relationship lasted for a year.

18. and reading newspapers*. Larisa said that Sasha and Maks also have everything different from each other in their lives career and lifestyle wise. Sasha said that she doesn't agree with her, she said that Maks and her have many things in common. She turned to Maks and asked, "Right, Maks?" Watch video time 10:12. (Maks couldn't even say a word, you can only hear mumbling, and he was pointing his hand, God knows where. :-) )

17. Larisa said that Maks has already had a bad experience and they are hoping that this time, he will make the right choice. She asked Sasha about her experience in past relationships. Sasha told them a story about how she was in love with a guy, but later she saw that they don't have much in common, have different goals *for example: she wants to spend weekends outdoors, barbequing with friends but her boyfriend's idea of spending weekend was lying on the sofa watching TV,

16. Plus with the latest technology, they will be able to connect on many levels. She said that she's been thinking about the possible move, and realized that she is ready for it, and she really wants it to happen. She said that for Maks she's ready to do anything. She said that to be honest, she's scared because something serious like this, is happening for the first time in her life. Maks dad said that for them it's also a first time that they formally meet with Maks' girls.

15. She said that its about time he gets married. Then Sasha said, "Maks, you're thirty. It's about time." (He's 31, Sasha, you should know better.) Maks' dad said that they want a good girl for Maks with good values in life and a good family. Sasha replied that her parents want the same things for her. Larisa asked Sasha how her parents feel about her moving to another country. Sasha said that for happiness of their daughter, they are willing to sacrifice.

@Dispwnyou Actually he is 31 when this was filmed. In an earlier episode, he talks to his family via Skype where they wish him a happy birthday and the girls are there with him and say hello to his family. The girls also give him gifts. Don't remember which episode (the one where red-head girl is eliminated), but I know he turned 31 while on the show.

14. Sasha in her interview said that she is completely ready to live the lifestyle that Maks has, because it totally suits her. She said that she will perfectly fit into his life and become part of it. Back to the table. Larisa said that she wants Maks to be in good hands. Check the video time: 8:00. Sasha is showing her hands to the camera and says, "I have good hands, let me have Maks." Back to the table. Maks asked his mom why she wants to give him away.

13. "But if I feel the love, mutual understanding, and if after work he will not go for a 'coffee or tea' with this celebrity, but will come home to me, then it will be fine." She said that for her it's important to feel that she's being loved. Larisa said "but you also should love him, not only him loving you." Sasha replied, "of course." Sasha also said that she won't be jealous unless Maks will give her a reason to be jealous.

'Settled' refers to Sasha's sister being in a relationship and pregnant. I am not sure that she is married though.

I agree with the statement that Maks just sees a girlfriend frm this shw..,IF that...when he told Jana's family he wouldn't hurt her,he probably meant he won't choose her(he doesn't), a little hurt nw,as opposed to a big one later...which is decent. As someone stated,he sees Sasha as someone who could go clubbing w/him,etc...and not be too heart broken if he splits after a SHRT while. She gets her 15 mns of fame,he gets,ah...,his desires fulfilled,shall we say...and fini!,it's a wrap.

@lol21432 Just visited Yana's FaceBook page,and I see she and her singing partner have a new release out. No music video yet,but just the tape recording of the song. I really like it,I think they are doing great. I hope she becomes very successful as a singer,and at some point,can make it to the U.S. I wonder if Maks has heard any of her music?? I really wish he would,I would like him to know how talented and successful she has become. She seems to be "movin on up",and Sasha...not so much.

@lol21432 yeah,I think so... I remember him saying that somewhere. Looking back on this show,I came to realize Jana was to young for him,so in my opinion,it worked out as it should have. Like I said,she seems to be making a name for herself and became the people's "darling" after the show. I really liked Jana alot back when I was watching this show....and I still do. As it turned out,she's the real winner!

11. Larisa said that he not "Just dancing", he's dancing with celebrities and some of them not always behave appropriate. Maks clarified to Sasha " did you hear, the celebrities acting not appropriate, not me". Larisa asked Sasha if she will not be jealous. Sasha said that to be honest on this project she has learned something new about herself - that she's a jealous person ( and mean too...).

10. She said no, her father also thinks that it's a crazy idea. In her interview she said that only Maks mom understood her idea, but Maks and his dad didn't. She said "well the only explanation to this is that "men are from Mars women are from Venus" Larisa said that she wants to talk about Maks career. She asked Sasha is she's understand Maks career. Sasha said "yes, he's dancing".

Maks dad joked : "so, Lorochka, you will be looking at the board but I'm the one who will be going to work and things will be happening for you :-)" Maks dad told Sasha that he thinks that it's a crazy idea, even if he put everything he wants in pictures on the wall, on the ceiling nothing will happen. The person should just get at 7 in the morning and go to work for things to really happen. He asked Sasha if her dad also have a board like Sasha.

8. but the book "Secret" is a book that she keeps on her night stand table. Maks was surprised to hear what mom just said. So she tells them what's on her board and how you have to look at the board and everything that is on that board will actually happen in your life. Larisa kind of took Sasha's side and said that it's true, that if person visualize things they will happens in real life.

7. Back to the table: Maks dad asked Sasha if she likes America. She said that she never been to America but it was her dream to come to NY ( the way she said it could be interpreted differently, to come for a visit, or to come live there). She then started her story about her "visual/dream board" (you must remember about this board from the previous episodes so I will not mention again what's on it). Sasha asked if anyone saw a movie "Secret" and Larisa said that she haven't seen the movie,

6. Maks mom said " well, grandparents also want to have their weekend for themselves". Sasha replied " OK, then we can make a schedule and give them kids on a weekday, let's say Monday". Sasha in her interview said that she's not going to be a quiet wife, who stays home, cooks, clean and does not have a career. She said that even Maks would not like to have a wife like that. She said that she's capable of being a wife, a mother and a business women at the same time.

5. Back to the table: Maks dad saying that his view on a family is that a wife, a mother should stay at home and take care of the family, kids. Sasha said that time has changed. Now woman can have a family and a career too. She said that she plans to spent first 3 years with a kid at home because she don't trust a babysitter. She said it's good when you have parents-in-law or your parents and they are able to help with kids. Like for example leave kids with grandparents over the weekend.

4. Larisa in her interview said that when she got married her husband asked her to stay home and raised the kids and she was fine with that then, but now she regrets. She said that now kids are grown and they don't really need her and she don't have any profession that she can currently utilize. She said that she will not let this happens to her future daughter-in-law.

3. Sasha changed the subject by turning to dad and asked him about his education, he said "metallurgical engineering" and Maks mom had also education related to metallurgy but she never worked in that profession because he wanted her to be stay at home mom. Larisa told her story how her dream was to work at the factory but she hadn't had the chance. Maks dad joked that if she worked there she would be getting free milk there because that place is so unhealthy and would retire at age 40.

2. "Why would you said "settled", maybe they truly felt in love and got married" Then Sasha realized she said something wrong, she made her cute face smile and she said that she was just joking. Maks in his interview said that he saw how his mom got irritated about that "settled" thing and for him was a choice : to help Sasha with a situation or just let her drawn. He decided just to stay quiet and see how Sasha will handle this situation with his mom.

1. Sasha tells them how much her parents likes Maks. Maks dad asked her what her parents do for living. She said that her dad has his own business. He asked if she's the only daugther. She said that she has a sister, one younger then Sasha. She said that her sister is already settled. Maks dad asked her if her husband is American and she said no. The way she said "settled" about her sister sounded really bad. Maks mom didn't liked that and commented :

Maks may be attracted to Sasha physical but I don't get the feeling he loves her much. With Yana he couldn't get close or touch her enough, but with Sasha the whole time she is talking to his parents he doesn't touch her. He is sitting at away from her and seem kind of detached. His parents seem like they are going through the motions to just get it over. Also I noticed Sasha keeps interupting his father when he is speaking. Very disrespectful!!!!!

@grandmalovesice I agree! Interesting how his body language is so different than with Jana though I will say, it seems Jana is the one to initiate contact with Maks much of the time. She takes his hand, his arm, snuggles with him, because she clearly adores him. But he doesn't seem to mind! Wish I understood why he is different here but my gut tells me it's because he already knows he is choosing Sasha and seeing that his mama doesn't really like her is making him nervous and uncomfortable.

Sorry, there's more-haha-boy, around 7:00, they're talking about something "celebrity" and Maks(which I've never seen before) really starts biting his fingernails. Isn't this just slightly indicative of his real feelings even if he's not aware of them? :-) Too deep huh?

I really want to give Sasha the benefit of the doubt but she still seems "show-y" and insincere. Anyone else? Her voice has this high pitch thing that seems fake. Maybe I'm being too hard on her! :-)

you are thinking right, she is telling that Sasha reminds her of Karina....but she can't really tell about Sasha much after two hours meeting with her. Maks said what about finding out about person after knowing her for a year for example, mom said - yes you can, than he said - what about after 14 years....(meaning Karina)
