  • I know you bro!

  • um you're shit housed, call your sponsor bret

  • Many 12 steppers are the epitome of hypocrisy, narcissism, and delusional thinking. They are mostly self-absorbed, presumptuous, sanctimonious, pompous, and close-minded. Yet they proclaim that they are open-minded and not religious. What a bald-faced lie!!! 12-step programs are religious cults. Most state legislatures now acknowledge this fact. Also, read Charles Bufe's book Alcoholics Anonymous: Cult or Cure. This book answers many questions about the fraud of AA "success rates."

  • Your statement that "AA is the destruction after the destruction" is so apropos that I am incorporating it into my own anti-12 Stepper rants. Thanx for your video; it's great!!!

  • we'll save a seat for you.this guy sounds like he's drunk.I wonder why she wanted nothing to do with you, don't blame AA or your sponsor,it had nothing to do with you right? What a joke.Sounds a little wet brained to me.

  • Ok I don't care how bad AA is, it's not worse than addiction. Nothing is.

  • P.S. I really feel for you on you feelings, totally---I had same feelings----I take what I Want and leave the rest---I made actual friends in AA, and I stick with them---I pick people that I want they have-----most people I can't stand, and I get what I can from their experience, but I won't do something that I am told that feels wrong inside---IT really helps in many ways---you should give it another try, and stay away from negativity--choose a sponcer you can trust

I FEEL THE PAIN & UNDERSTAND

  • Having been around for over 9 years-----I could totally understand what you are saying, but I don't agree. I know exactley how you fewel about this woman---I went through it, and you described my feelings exactely. I met here @ Kareoke in sobriety---going to bar. At first, he SUGGESTED that I walk-away from situation, so I did. Made me feel worse, and I told him. He told me to follow my heart. The relationship virtually ended ugly---now we are closer than ever,& I never drank

  • I only spend 2 or 3 hours a week at meetings and am not unavailable to people outside of AA. I follow a Mahayana bath of buddhism and keep it simple. I still dislike some of the people and rhetoric, but most importantly I love who I am. We here in Akron will always welcome you., no matter what. Please give it another try, there is a group out there for you to help you find yourself.

  • Hey bro, I do know how angry you are. I hated AA. When I first came into AA I couldn't fucking stand the rhetoric, the people , and most importantly myself. The thing is, I was going to live in misery if I could not quit using, my own personal hell. I decided to try it wholeheartedly and that I would not quit for a year. I just started to do what I was suggested to do. It saved my life. I am now going on three years sober and my life is as good as I will allow it to be, through my own actions.

  • that is right

    aa is a cult

  • go have another drink

  • Sounds to me like your blaming everyone, except the guy in the mirror...

  • Well what you expect from AA? the problem is you, not AA not the girl it's you now look at you just look how fat you are that in addiction in it self so all the work have to come from you, it's deep inside and only honesty, faith and acceptance will do the work AA only suggest things keep coming beck to AA cause you have no other choice .

  • what a dum ass keep getting high pal. learn to read try reading the BIG BOOK before you kill yourself.

  • This guy knows what he is talking about. Even a drunk like him can see through the AA cult. I'm court mandated to meetings and found some barely palatable meetings in the Bronx. The 12 steps are BS. Most of the people are not genuine and if you disagree with even one thing in the Big Book the squirm in their seats and give you the cold shoulder treatment.

  • this dude sounds trashed LMAO...yo they gotta seat open for u homie!

  • self pitty is a luxiury for an alcoholic.

  • Is this guy drunk or high? Go eat your donut fatboy! lol

  • I don't even have to defend AA.............I feel sorry for all the people that slur it just because their penny didn't drop.

  • A more ballanced debate ON this story will start about Sep/Oct 2012 (+/+ 3 month). Thats fuckin' FAST for aa-standards*.

*It was 3 YEARS at godlesspanther and still aint nozhing at Isegoria.

  • How high is this guy?

  • Comment removed

  • Dude in this scene cant even think of the right words, His pupils are huge and he slurs his words HYPOCRITE!!!

  • Just listen to him. Obviously not all there, and yet he talks bad about something that could've helped him.

  • I have had a wonderful experience w being in AA , my life is pretty good, and I have 2 say ur story is mearly a Opinion, I would not be alive and living a good life 2day without the help of AA what works for me may not work for you but I know AA works and NA etc any program u take serious and stick by 2 help you will work only if you want it though!!!

  • You should do stand up comedy.

  • it works for me im a happy man today 5 yrs sober and happy and free

  • @tyelanbabey I Couldnt Agree More I could say so many things 2 that guy but its a waste of time, His mind is closed 2 any positivity and If he thinks AA sucked so bad & is no longer in it than why is he saying Life sucks etc etc, whatever he is doing clearly isnt working now is it!!!

  • its like this it works for me and thats all that matters.....a real member will tell you to do whatever works..so if that works for u..... AA will continue to work without you....wishin you the best

  • A Video worse than Addiction...My girlfriend broke up with me because I watch videos by losers. I think I'll make a video about it.

  • Keep coming back

  • @Oshaunasy That's what all cult members say.

  • Comment removed

  • next time try WORKING the steps

  • @bobdayle1 The steps don't work because your invisible, magical superhuman friend doesn't exist. What does work is simply not taking the next drink or drug and not being a jerk to others.

Don't drink and be nice. It's as simple as that.

  • This dude is drunk, on drugs or just a boring, loveless, moron.

  • Drunken Rant!!!!!

  • I feel pity for you. If you are an alcoholic (which you must be since you went to AA,) you are in deep sh*t. AA is nothing like you say. You missed the boat completely. AA is not about girls, or gurus. It's about no drinking one day at the time. I hope you can get some help soon, before you are completely destroyed by your anger and your alcoholism.

    God bless you.

  • @tangonista no AA is for people who are too dam weak to quit on their own...My Dad quit drinking 25 years ago not one dam metting completely abstinent he did it the dry drunk way (in Bill wilson's words) Bill was too weak to do it on his own too some people are just stupid and selfish and shortsighted and immature I guess

  • @211Jetsfan Wow, you are just full of goodness and compassion! Well, at least AA has given you and avenue to discharge your anger and frustration. I read and feel a lot of bitterness and hostility emanating from your post. It does seem misplaced though. It's kind of like hating the ground, or the sky. They are just there for you, not against you, just like AA. Peace.

  • @tangonista hey if you had been to the crappy meetings I've been to you be pissed too...

  • People like u make me sick

  • @AWESMEGUY why its true isnt it the langauge and bitterness that comes out is obvious or are you in denial about this Enjoy your vomit

  • @AWESMEGUY He's a really sad & suffering alcoholic. Don't be angry or disgusted with him. He is a sick individual. I hope he comes around for his own sake. AA is not affected by his sad and misplaced anger. I only hope others who need help are not turned away by his misplaced self-hatred

  • all you people who oppose AA must have huge issues!!!! Your language is disgusting a product of an unhappy unvictorious life!!! You are angry at AA why if hasnt helped you that is your problem But you all seem angry miserable people and its trapped you into mindless foulmouthed sadness I feel so sorry for you God is real and can set you free wouldnt that be good to be happy and not biitter or twisted like you sound you are !!!!

  • @jennymp59 I'm happy - and over three years without a drink - without imagining that I have an invisible friend with whom I telepathically communicate.

  • Dude. Are you drunk?

  • he's hammered in this video. LOL

  • This video is a joke. I love how people make judgments on AA and maybe were there once or twice against their own will lol. " I acted in folly because of my drinking and screwed that relationshit up.." Yeah an AA members have it wrong right? Please educate yourself bro.

  • dam you were fucking wasted when you made this vid lol!

  • @Fusionfreakdrummer Go figure..he's not sober most likely lol

  • Stand strong, stand proud.

Dont drink, dont drug, dont overeat to much.

    There'll allways be an England.

  • Maybe you need to be in OA instead.

  • I dont believe I am wasting my time listening to this pickled individual who screwed his 'relationshit' up. Take a look in the mirror and watch your own video. Thats what caused her to run. Your a misguided dumbASS!

  • Worked great for me. Thank you, AA. Those guys, Bill & Bob, were geniuses.

  • aa is a cult, you start to be "authentic". Thats a classic

  • @dvdpfstr You left out the part about how AA is based on faith healing and evangelism. You also left out the fact that AA pushes the idea that we should have unlicensed, untrained counselors advising us on important decisions, and that these amateur counselors should be people who have histories of screwed up lives and should believe that they communicate telepathically with an invisible wizard.

  • @ndrthrdr1 Excellent rejoinder!!!!!

  • @ndrthrdr1 Wow you nailed right on the head, that's exactly all the things i love about it. You left out something much more sinister and exciting, but you'll have to come to one of our conventions to find out what it is.

  • If you were EVER in AA, pal, then you clearly NEVER got the RIGHT message at all. The way you speak .. in a pronounced SLURRED manner .. seems your brain is still fried & out of order. You seem hung up in your illness, personal paranoia & deep resentments. You know nothing about what you're TRYING to talk about. Yours is a most sad case. Tip: give it another go .. but pick your group carefully. You are clearly very vulnerable, very SICK, co-dependent, & you need to TREAD CAREFULLY ...

  • @colindominy Typical pseudo-psychology cult rhetoric.

You're just another indoctrinated cult member who clearly shows that you're not "happy, joyous and free".

  • @ndrthrdr1 Tell it like it is!!! It's so refreshing to see your very rational and insightful criticisms about the fraud and misfeasance of AA. AA and its adherents assume the role of counselor, confessor, and guru to hoards of confused, desperate, and vulnerable ppl who are new to that cult and naively believe that there is some help or ultimate benefit in AA attendance. NO!!! AA is an abyss of ignorance, backwardness, and exploitation. AA capitalizes on the sincerity of lost souls seeking help.

  • AA is a cult with a really high dropout rate because faith healing doesn't work.

  • Comment removed

  • i love your video. I started a new blog called leaving aa.com Thats right you are right. AA is full of nutjobs!

  • I love retards. So cute. Look at him trying to talk. Awe. Mom must be so proud. Wouldn't you love to be this guys mom? I mean, what a prize!

  • Comment removed

  • @MrBigballs26 You're a fucking illiterate idiot. Go fuck yourself you moron!

  • @MrBigballs26 Hey stupid! I didn't make this video and I'm not fat! But I do agree with the guy who made this video about the cult of AA. If you are a member of this cult then you suck! If not you're just a good old fashioned idiot!

  • 99% of AA members are full of shit and a bunch of know-it-all phony retards. The people in the bars ALWAYS make me feel warm and welcomed, unlike the AA fellowhip as I raise my glass of Coors and drink.

  • AA and NA are No Where Near perfect AT ALL.....But They Are not Cults...The groups can lean to the "Cultish" side but they are harmless....AA and NA work because it is a group therapy environment. It gives people who have the same problem, an opportunity to get together and to talk in a group setting..this allows people to vent, to discover things about themselves, to emotionally heal, and that's why it works...You can get the same results fro alternative recovery groups....

  • This guy is obviously an expert.

  • One year sober and never went to a single AA meeting

  • Comment removed

  • You are right my friend, you should never go to AA, you should go to Overeaters Anonymous

  • Fact....... Earth is round

Fact........ in 1386 a pig in France was hung in public for killing a child

Fact........ AA has saved 2 million lives and counting.

We can argue against anything but not facts........... then you know you have hit bottom when again Pete is in control! Pete I prayed for your recovery last night.... my spirit says your going to be alright

  • @gouldenboy99 said "Fact........ AA has saved 2 million lives and counting."

According to ... let me guess ... AA? How could they possibly know that? Even if that were true, that's pretty pathetic for 70 years of an international organization that has, by their own statistics, a 95% dropout rate in the first year alone.

Do they factor in the higher rate of suicide, or simply ignore those stats?

  • @ndrthrdr1 Dude suicide from staying sober WTF,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, you think AA causes suicides!? This is a program to help every man and woman with a ALCOHOL PROBLEM! Tell you what read " A Vision for you" Dude AA helps Alcoholics and Alcoholism not extreme depression, if you are thinking of suicide many booze is not your biggest issue! We are not SHRINKS.............. I dunno anyway good luck Pete!

  • @gouldenboy99 People with 12 step in their past are far more likely to commit suicide than people who have used other methods to quit, probably because they've been told over and over that if they leave they will almost certainly fail and face "jails, institutions and death". They're told that they have an incurable disease, from which the best they can hope for is a "daily reprieve".

That's all nonsensical cult dogma. I am one of millions who are living proof that leaving AA is no problem.

  • @gouldenboy99 I'm not thinking of suicide. My life is going well. That's because I got out of the faith healing cult and into SMARTRecovery. I have three good, sober years now.

I did read "A vision for you". "...he isn’t happy about his sobriety. He can't picture life without alcohol. Some day he will be unable to imagine life either with alcohol or without it.

See what they do? They con you into thinking that we who are sober without AA are doomed to fail and unhappy.

    That's cult dogma.

  • @ndrthrdr1 Good Luck Pete I guess that is freedom of speak! Anyway it works for this cowboy and I am glad the wheel works for you!

  • @gouldenboy99 They tell you that millions have recovered because of their program, but look at how few old timers there are compared to the number of newcomers.

If AA were actually successful, there wouldn't be a 95% dropout rate in the first year. More people quit without AA that with AA - by far.

  • @gouldenboy99 If you're in AA, and you can't see that it's a faith healing cult with an overwhelming failure rate, then you are either a newcomer who hasn't seen through the nonsense, or you are indoctrinated and delusional.

  • @ndrthrdr1 6 years and counting........ google AA round ups or conferences San Antonio 40,000+ peeps and 2 million members world wide................. people are getting this and living my friend.............. sorry you got yourself in a relationship other then resentments..... relationships are close second to relapse! Good Luck Pete and I will pray for you again tonight!

  • Comment removed

  • @gouldenboy99 People who used to be in the Scientology cult want to help current cult members to see that Scientology is just nonsense indoctrination. They're not motivated by resentment, but by the desire to help the brainwashed. They see the organization for what it is, because they've been there.

Typical cultspeak to say that those critical of the cult are just resentful.

  • Relationshit lol

  • It's interesting what you're saying here, because I came across A LOT of men that were hateful towards women in the AA/12 step program. I mean it really stood out to me.

  • I too, hate AA. After a few meetings, I came away hanging out for a drink. These AA freaks are obsessed and have no life outside AA. They love the attention. I found it soooo depressing to hear the same shit over and over and had loads of men trying to help me ~ into bed ~ which disgusted me. I have been very happily sober without them for 15 years now. Once you are really ready ~ the craving for alcohol just disappears. It is a cult and nothing else...

  • @stelpan62 I agree!! AA is all BULLSHIT! It is the friends of the friendless group!!! THEY ARE ALL SUCH LOSERS and SCUMBAGS that NO ONE WANTS to be around so they all STICK TOGETHER

  • @TaraLovesGeorge That's right. If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas. That group of moping, depressed losers keep claiming to be "happy, joyous and free".

It would be funny if it weren't so sad. The suicides keep adding up.

  • @TaraLovesGeorge Thank you & I love the way you put that!! I left a post somewhere else about this issue & got some insanely nasty responses from AA freaks. Just goes to show how their "program" is helping them. If you can't live a life without AA ~ that is NOT sobriety. It is a crutch & just another addiction. I have had the most beautiful life for the last 15 years & I do NOT have AA to thank for that. It's called strength of charactor & the will power to change. Easy to do when you are ready.

  • ahhhh SOMEONE WHO THINKS LIKE I DO ABOUT THAT SHIT! haha about time!!! amen to this video... haha loved it

  • @2:29

"ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS IS MORE POPULAR THAN JESUS !"

    Ringo Starr

  • I think a quart of vodka has gone down the old trachea here! slur slur slur slur! lol

Oh the self pity!!!! Poor you, you fucked up a relationship. Join the club! Maybe you should have tried some controlled drinking! lol

  • @CelticReject

    HOW DARE YOU!!!

  • @RecoveryTruth1 When I left the fucking cult of AA (which the courts forced me into) I told the cult members that I'd be better off drinking and drugging than attending cult meetings. My attitude has since changed. Now I say I'd be better off dead. I wouldn't recommend AA for my worst enemy. AA sucks! And these are some of the nicer things about AA. Did you know that Bill Wilson was a die-hard L.S.D user from the 1950s till the day he died?

  • It's my first time posting on youtube, so I am not sure of how this comes out. Let me say first that I am sorry about your pain with your ex girl. I felt what that was like also and it hurts so bad. I never got over her. Today, I have fallen into the path again but not because of her, but because of these medications for a psychical illness - diabetes. I also have some other legal type problems that took away all my friends. They disowned me over nothing. I started drinking

  • @normancourt1869 The best advice I could give you is to stop drinking. It is hurting you. You have the power to do this without resorting to joining a cult like AA. When you quit drinking you'll feel better and you'll have more contol over you're life. I know you've been to AA and it didn't work. You are NOT powerless and you don't have a disease. Just a self-destructive habit.

  • @somethingdiffereable I understand what your saying completely. The choice has to be my own. I've been to both Alateen -age 11 then later over on to AA- age 17, then age 29 but this was over a decade ago - for the AA. I was just hoping that I'd find a fresh start. I can see now ..... it's not what I was hoping for ...... a bunch of people that would just sit there with me like a friend. I got a feeling they are going to be trouble in my life. You see I have to drink to keep my sugars inline.

  • @normancourt1869 ...... continued (is this ok?) See I have been drinking wine at lunch time just a few ounces but then I got down with life (it isn't fair sometimes) and I went from 2 glasses to 2 1500ml bottles. What do you thinks happening to me? I really don't know. The loss of my friends hurt a-lot.

  • @normancourt1869 I don't know who told you alcohol would help you balance your sugar? Probably some idiot from AA! There are no medical benifits to drinking alcohol! It is toxic to your system. It is even more toxic to a diabetic. I was a medical student and biology major in college.. I've worked at hospitals in medical and genetic research!

  • @somethingdiffereable It was a risky gamble for me trying that idea. I was doing a-lot of exercising and often and that kept things good. I going back to that ... maybe I'll feel better than what I am feeling. Thanks

  • what is a sponsor? an untrained person that tells other people how to live their life. Why do they do it? to play god.

  • i went to a recovery center and was forced to go to that bullshit now i dont go and im still sober 7 years AA and NA fuck with people step 4 is total bullshit and it makes loads of people relapse fuck AA and NA

  • @RecoveryTruth1 AA has little to do with quiting an addiction and a lot to do with sin and redemption christian religiousity. And yes it is harmfull. It's a cult!

  • Dude you sound drunk

  • I agree with the narcissistic attitudes, but are you drunk on here. Just wondering.

  • You're right. I was a member of the AA faith healing cult for a year. I attended several groups for a total of over 500 meetings. Type blamethenile into your YouTube search bar to see some truth about the cult. Their video Deprogramming Oneself from Alcoholics Anonymous started me on my road to real recovery, free of alcohol and the cult. I have just passed the 1000-day sober mark, and my life just keeps getting better. Youtube users GodlessPanther and godlessweasel make good videos, too.

  • What an absolute load of rubbish!

It's narcissism that creates the alcoholic. An arrogance and selfishness.

People go to AA to STOP being so narcissistic!!

  • @CelticReject:

Or people just continue to drink because they've bought into the notion that they are "powerless" to stop, a notion AA fully endorses. Then AA gives the "suffering alcoholic" ONE way out (while duplicitously claiming that these are but "suggestions"), the 12 step, "spiritually" based method. Anyone who it doesn't work for is said to not be "honest" and "doesn't want it". If that's not narcissism I don't know what is.

  • @CelticReject

All AAers SOUND LIKE A BROKEN RECORD, OR PARROTS

WHAT YOU ARE SAYING ABOUT ARROGANCE & SELFISHNESS, OR

"Selfishness & Self-Centeredness, that is what we think is the root

of our problem". IS JUST RUBBISH (notice the words "we think").

THIS rubbish IS JUST THE (AA Book) BILL WILSONS “THEORY”

(& not backed up with facts).

TAKING THIS & TURNING IT AROUND, IT BECOMES LIKE THIS:

EVERYBODY & HIS MOTHER, WHO ARE ARROGANT & SELFISH

    ARE ALCOHOLICS ! Rubbish.

  • @BUZOSKARSON

    Oh you selfish, self-centred person...

    HOW DARE YOU!!!

  • @Hammersley1967

I guess that too many AA meetings have turned

me into the selfish CUNT that I am today !

  • Comment removed

  • @BUZOSKARSON

    THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!

YOU DARE TO DEFILE THE SACRED NAME OF ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS!!!

HOW VERY, VERY DARE YOU KIND SIR!!!
