There is another spot that has the "suicidal" drowning oblivion... over near the LS Airport, the circular "pond" to the SW of freeway. The peds on the southernmost bench sometimes arise, began to walk away, straight into the pond... oh, those wacky peds... on their meds ::D

@mateusz2737 NO !! It's not intended... it's a programmed set of responses that just occur in a weird place... a glitch, unintended. If you go to the Cluckin' Bell just north of the Grove Street cul-de-sac, there's a telephone pole on SW corner of parking lot... peds spawn "high" because too close to the pole & fall to their deaths sometimes. Are you trying to say the designers put THAT into the game purposely? How does that make any sense?

I know it's just a typo... but "pepoles" falling from telephone poles is funny to me :D Anyways, even if suicide is a "normal" daily occurrence, it's not usually from the magical appearance at the top of telephone poles :D It's just an accident that the sidewalk & the "high" spawn place is so close... it's not intentional. If Rockstar wished to spotlight suicidal realism, like the way they dive before wild driving, it would be more obvious. They have the technnology :D

@thecrazycookie100 yep.. second one is an actual spawn-point for the Vortex (when applicable). Just like the "ghost-cars", this is just the vehicle "rolling"(floating) downhill... nothing unusual about that really. The third one isn't a bug... just unfortunate that they resume walking away from the spot -- to their deaths. It happens in other places too... the animations for photo tourism is used wherever they thought it could be. It's just a program to walk away afterwards.
