My wife and I had all our planning documents on Google Docs too. Didn't go as far as having all the guests on Google Docs, but all the helpers were on this so they all had the schedule and each other's contacts.

A lot of my friends have been getting married left and right and right now it seems the most popular way of doing things is Facebook, although having the information automatically in a spreadsheet is pretty neat!

can you send these forms to people who dont have @ gmail addresses ?

you can send it but they wont be able to fill it out right on their email, they will need to access an external link
